These are the same sautéed potato’s that also come in a white potato colour with herbs spread amongst themYou can’t complain to them on the phone because the owner seems to think he’s that perfect he doesn’t make any mistakes.Look at your food in this photo? You know how it should be served. Stop taking the p^ss out your paying customers with this garbage.

Went on a quiet Thursday evening, waited 15mins before we were asked what we'd like to drink, received starter and still didn't get drink. Main meal felt it had been cooked earlier on in the day and reheated to order. Won't be back.

Great ambience, great service, great food.We visited on a busy Saturday night, when they had a table of twenty to look after, plus all the other tables. We expected that service might be a bit slow as they would be stretched to the limit. They were also making up orders for collection. However, service was not compromised at all.I don't know how they managed, but everything happened smoothly, and freshly-made food arrived just on time.We had a view of the kitchen, too, which was a bonus. The ambience was perfect. You really feel you are in an authentic traditional Italian restaurant - low ceilings, dark woodwork and lots of loud conversation and laughter, while the waiters zoom around at speed.Food was great: scampi soup (tomato- based soup with little shrimps) and fat mozzarella sticks for starters.Pizza Napoletana and very generous serving of lasagne followed by a latte and a shot of grappa.Couple of large glasses of good house wine and a bottle of J20 made the bill up to £47.Excellent value.Right in the town centre, round the corner from the bus station.

Got takeout and I swear it was just oven pizza... We bought 3 pizzas, calamari and tiramisu. The tiramisu was okay but the pizza and calamari was so bad we ended up chucking it.The calamari tasted as if it was microwaved (chewy and the batter was wet), it came sopping wet in an air sealed container. The pizzas all where wet on one side and were just bland thick pizzas...Really disappointed after being suggested this place before. Honestly, it feels like their oven was broke and they sent us 3 microwaved frozen pizzas from Lidl but that feels like an insult to Lidl...I've attached an image of the box to illustrate just what I mean by wet. And I don't mean greasy, that's one thing they somehow managed to not mess up, it wasn't greasy, but how in the name of God can 3 pizzas be wet?

Had the atmosphete of pub at last orders with staff dashing around, clearing tables and turning out lights and hovering over customers waiting for them to leave. At 7pm!!! We felt very unwelcome and the terrible food served reflecting that. Everything tasted of salt and with drinks at £6 each itwas clearly a ploy. We would never return here and would suggest you save yourself the trouble too. Not the worst Italian restaurant we have visited but not a great distance behind. Waiters wrre polite however, although when we expressed our views were totally dismissal and obviously could really care less.

What happened to this place? The food quality has dropped massively and the staff look like they don’t want to be there even the manager who was always very chatty now will walk right past you it’s such a shame considering how buzzing a restaurant it once was

Amazingly friendly service with very polite waiters, food was hot and delicious with the best sticky toffee pudding I've ever tasted. Great attuide towards the children even offered wafers to my little girl who had decided against her ice cream. Definitely recommend this place and will be returning there again. Great place to eat out with family

Absolutely outstanding Italian food, I had prawns then steak with peppercorn sauce followed by profiteroles and all was delicious, washed down by the outstanding Italian beer Peroni. Staff great and really friendly. So busy chatting and enjoying the good I forgot to take photos! Highly recommend 😍
