Pizza Hut in Fife

Poor. Was given another chance after below average food from another Pizza Hit outlet. Quality has dropped massively. Pizza made at local supermarket tastes better.Payments not done correctly receipts shows in dollars $$. This is UK should be. ££. Incorrect tender. I’d like the exchange rate difference back.

Generic food and staff. I never tip through the computer/till system, coming from a hospitality profession I know they more often than not, don't reach the staff, so I always decline the tip button and leave cash on the table. Glad this time I did that, as it was like eating in a fast food restaurant, all self service, apart from the pizza being laid on the table, no check back, no anything really. As I said generic and I don't tip in McDonald's so why tip there. Sorry....pizza hut is usually a safe bet, but either because of covid risk assessment or the restaurant at fife leisure Park itself being run of the mill I'm not sure. Didn't leave much of an impression 😕

It was quite honestly two of the worst pizza's my partner and I have ever eaten. The thin pizza was so so thin it was basically transparent, no base, only god knows how it was made in the first place. It was more like a stain glass window panel than a pizza. And the stuff crust meat feast was very bland and had the most pitiful amount of sauce on the base. I had fond memories of pizza hut as a kid and was fairly excited at the thought when my partner suggested we nip in. Needless to say we won't be back. They have the cheek to ask you for a tip on the app for the service, which is mind-blowing to be honest. We walked in, got told to use the app to save time. So the service consists of "here do it yourself" and a dump and run. No wonder, I would want to be as far away from the customers as well if that's the food that's getting put out. Should have went to nandos.

Pizza hut is not so good any more they had us sitting close to younger people probably not vaccinated we had young ones either side of us . And pizza was not nice it was tastless and the drink were disgusting they were watered down . And the ice cream had melted before i got to table i will not be going back

Food was very good and service even better. Very friendly staff and a good experience. Didn't have to wait long for the food. Will certainly go back.

Not much I can say to be honest. It is a standard pizza hut. I do feel that the dine in prices are rather inflated considering you can get their food cheaper via delivery from one of their delivery outlets. However I suppose sometimes people do prefer to dine in. Food quality was standard to the other pizza huts I have been to and service was as expected.

Went for our sons birthday. Salad bar is good, pizza was average & cookie dough dessert was lovely. Service though was painfully slow & the wifi was really slow which isnt good when you need to order via the app due to covid. Cost was super expensive for what it is but service not up to scratch.

Appalling. Dirty and sticky tables, dirty floor, stupid online ordering system, stale cold pizzas on the lunchtime buffet, disgustingly filthy soft drink dispenser. The salad bar was just about ok. Avoid this place if you can.

Disgusting treatment by the staff here. Firstly we were ignored when standing at the entrance waiting to be seated. Eventually the manager stopped talking with the other staff member and turned us away because they were “fully booked”. I then went to the car to order for takeaway. I noticed nobody was coming for said “bookings” and the restaurant looked half full. I sat in the takeaway waiting area and watched as people were seated without bookings!The manager noticed me and asked if i would like a table. I said you’ve literally just just turned me away for being fully booked. She gave a response that made no sense, trying to cover her back.Disgraceful treatment and won’t be returning, and will be spreading the word.Not that theres much service there anymore anyway, no one takes your order you have to order through an app. Avoid!

We had a great meal here. Place was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Food was from the buffet and was hot for the pizza and cold for the salad and fresh in both cases.
