We came for breakfast 11am from Edinburgh based on high rates on trip advisor only to find out that it closed for no reason and no notes on the door, when restaurant should be open from 10am. Can’t rate on the food quality but if you advertised and highly rated restaurant you should think about wasted journeys. For this reason only one star.

Had a lovely roll from here with Beef, cheese, pickles and wholegrain Mustard. Staff were welcoming and pleasant, friends of mine bought some bacon and cheese bagels, everyone enjoyed their food! Prices are slightly higher than other cafes, however it is to be expected for location and time we are living in. Would happily pay the price again for the amazing food and great service!

Situated in the idyllic village of North Queensferry in Fife, a stone's throw away from the iconic Forth Rail Bridge, Rankin's café and deli is the perfect place for a bite to eat.A pleasant atmosphere, with ambient music which isn't too loud to intrude on conversation, staff who are knowledgeable about their products, photos and artwork by local artists on the walls. The food was delicious. The vegetarian breakfast and the traditional grilled breakfast are pictured, with a turmeric latte and regular latte. Their selection of specialty teas are worth trying too. This bijou restaurant is highly recommended.

Great little lunch spot to recharge the batteries after a morning at deep sea world and only a 5 min walk away. Not a huge place but the staff very friendly and service great. Food was great and the kids hoovered up their kids platter. Highly recommended.

The best warm roll I’ve ever had. Soup was great as well. I’d make a trip just for that toll, but it’s a special so, please please please add that to your menu. Was expecting much at first, but best lunch I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back. And the staff were super polite, all four of them.
