Such a Beaudoin place with lots of aqua sea glass, soft sand, love this place

It's a very simple tea room with lovely food, brilliant staff and the most magnificent sea views. The only down side is really bad coffee which is a shame. Still well worth a visit. Its a lovely spot to relax in after a walk on the beach.

Such a brilliant place in a lovely spot! Food was great. Service amazing. Ladies were very understanding and accommodating for my wee one. We will definitely be back.

Amazing views out over the beach and water. I imagine that it would be a good place to visit at any time of year for a walk and some hot food. The hot food menu looked great, we had teas, cakes and ice cream. Will definitely be back if we come here on holiday again!

We stopped here on a cycling trip from Edinburgh. We could sit outside the cafe along with our bikes. Lovely spot overlooking the beach. Food was excellent and large portions. Can recommend the macaroni cheese and Fish tail sandwich. The coffee was also good with a range of cakes on offer. Our visit was elevated further with the young male waiting staff member - chatty and very welcoming. Hope tot visit again soon.

It was a nice lunch for 3 little ones and their parents at Sands - A Place By The Sea. Friendly service and all excellent despite the usual corona measures. We spent a beautifully sunny Friday 15th of October 2021 there and on the beach in front of it. Thanks!

Exemplary service and lovely views. Can't comment on the food as only had tea and cake. Lots of choices for home baking.

Very nice. Plenty of parking. Silver sands were great for young and old. We walked out to the old lighthouse. Very pleasant cafe overlooking the beach. Toilets tidy. Workmen picking up litter and generally tidying up. Been before and will come again.

Lovely wee place to stop for a cuppa, cake and a sandwich. Great views. Food was really nice and well priced. Staff are also really nice. Everything felt clean and safe. Ill be returning for some of their home made cheese cakes. They looked amazing
