The best Indian Restaurant ever. Love the food, not a huge menu but everything is fresh, well cooked and wonderful presented. The staff are wonderful, friendly, attentive without being pushy. I have been going there for 21 years and never had a bad meal.

So, it didn't ok good. The staff started off not to understand that only some people wanted poppadoms, irritated one of the group by making ordering more difficult than necessary, one dish was startlingly over red, and the garlic bread just as surprisingly green, and the two big green chilli chunks on top of a not very hot dish was a concern, as was the need to hunt for the rice in the coconut rice (just call it coconut?) ... BUT ... when you ate it, the food and flavours are really good. Someone really cares about the tastes, their balance, and this is good food, well made, and a real pleasure to eat.

Sadly this year I have not been able to get to my favourite Indian Restaurant. I travel from Glasgow to this one and it truly is my go to-lace for Indian food. Staff are always amazing and welcoming, and the food is for me the best. Can't wait to be able to return when all this is over and sit down and enjoy a great meal. Don't hesitate to ask to share curries, or ask how hot or mild they are, they can always adjust to suit. As Arnie says, I'll be back xx
