First time here, unfortunately some of the younger clientele made us feel very uneasy so left after one drink

My friend and I popped in for a drink, today. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back to sample the lunch menu.

Visited this bar while on holiday and I can honestly say that the food is outstanding and the service was first class nothing was too much for the staff, after our meal we ashed about the the afternoon tea for 2 with a bottle of prosecco and if it would be possible to do it as a takeaway and that said that would not be a problem and and all don't in 10 mins. Thanks for making us welcome.

Such a lovely bar, steak pie is to die for, my husband couldnt eat all his, as large portion, the girl behind the bar said he should have offered a small portion and gave us half the money back, i told her no as it was our fault, lovely bar staff, will deffo travel from glasgow again for my delish steak pie, well done to the cook and lovely girls at the bar

Haven't been here for years but always remembered the great pub grub! Visited today and I was completely disappointed as were both my sisters. Presentation was fine but the food tasted awful & "fake"like... the use of the cheap tomatoe sauce in a Heinz Ketchup bottle is laughable unsure why they need to do this. What has happened to this pub? New chef? New owners? Wont be back.
