The Compass in Fife

Average pub food in a creche style atmosphere ..... if you like little people running wild in your pub while your eating frozen food then this is deff for you!!! ....... if you want cheap and cheerful and a pint with your chips then go for it.You won't find steak if you're shopping for burgers, its all relative.

We had a birthday party on Saturday 29th January and it went very well. It was the first time we had been to a function in the Compass and were pleasantry surprised. The buffet was fine and they had allowed us to decorate the room before the party. Plenty of room for adults and children. I would certainly use the the function room again.

Not sure what has happened lately at the Compass but food standards have really gone downhill and given that it has always been great in the past, real shame.Hope they get back to where they were before but we'll be avoiding for a while now.Should say, we've been regulars for 20yrs whilst it's changed hands many times but it's definitely Witherspoon's grade now 😞

Always welcomeing to both myself and my wife.Great Banter we are torn between this place and the Sister Bar in Dunfermline The 7 Kings but at this point in time 5 *'s for both of you.Much respect to all The Staff.My only negative feedback is we need The bucket of Chicken Wings back on The Menu.

Lovely and homely place. They've got the best carrot cake ever and the friendliest staff too. Plenty of parking and sitting, so try them out when you're in the area.

Came in for some lunch today and even though it was cold, the service from the two gents was warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and the coffee was amazing! I had the fish and my friend had the macaroni. We both loved it! They have put a pool table in too which is a great addition to the place. Great visit, will definitely be back soon!

We ate here last week and had an amazing time. Our food was awesome and the staff are all super attentive. The place had a really great vibe and we really enjoyed our stay here. Great service and well priced. Really looking forward to coming back!
