Always excellent food and great service. The home grown vegetables are the stars for sure. However the fish cookery is on point. I really can fault this place. Book. Go. Enjoy.

We tried to arrange a table with just 2 hours notice and the staff really did accommodate us. The food was excellent, taking the very best the coast has to offer. The hake and langoustines were brilliant. And desserts were just as good. Friendly, light atmosphere, with courteous staff. Worth the money. 👍

A very warm and friendly establishment on the harbour front in Pittenweem. A good selection of wines. We enjoyed pan-fried pigeon and duck, lobster and smoked salmon. The ambiance us very pleasing, quiet and tasteful. We would visit again.

Charming restaurant directly at the harbor. Bistro style interior. Nice selection of seafood and fish on the menu. The starters we had were excellent (breaded oysters, Cullen skink). Main was the catch of the day, sea trout, good but maybe slightly generic, dessert was great again. 4 stars because the service was friendly but slow. We had 45 min between finishing starters and getting mains. Have an espresso martini, they are delicious!!

What a wonderful Find!! My wife and I visited this restaurant for the 1st time and will be back!! Fantastic service and delicious food!! Cosy surroundings made this our number 1 place to eat in the East Neuk!! Many thanks for a superb night.

We recently had a large family celebration at The Dory and it was fantastic start to finish. The restaurant is beautifully decorated (it is also a gallery) and the location overlooking the harbour at Pittenweem is stunning. The food was absolutely fantastic, everyone in the group commented that it was delicious. I thought the prices were very reasonable given the quality of the food. Given the size of the group, the staff and service was fantastic. Ruth the owner was very accommodating as our plans changed. Many thanks to everyone for a very memorable occasion. Very highly recommended, we will be back!

A fantastic menu. The sea food is amazing. Staff friendly and efficient. Great location by the harbour. Good selection of wines too. Original art decorates the walls. We love visiting The Dory when we are in the area.

Good food well cooked. Spotless clean and good friendly local service. Next to the fish market for freshly caught bistro style seafood.
