The Dukes Clubhouse Bar in Fife

Welcome is well below standard of other clubs in the area. Fairways and aprons to greens poor, although greens very good. No ball washers, painted stones as tee markers that doesn't really work. On the hottest day of the year after 9 holes asked for a buggy. (Web site £40 but want to charge £50.) Told couldn't have one because pro shop closed at 5pm - absolutely shocking customer care.

Wonderful course, a real surprise amongst a lot of great golf venues. Staff were very pleasant, good food, amazing views. Great job Kohler & Co., thank you.

Very nice course in a top condition with a view to St. Andrews. Very calm and friendly atmosphere from reception over local golfers to restaurant. Very enjoyable.

Had a great day playing with my 10 year old lad.Played on Thursday 7th April and we didn't have any other golfers in front of us or behind us the whole round.Lovely course and in great condition and my son preferred this course to The Old Course which we'd played a few days before.He managed to break 90 by shooting an 89 from the men's green tee's which meant we both really enjoyed it.It'll be back on our list of courses to play every time we are in St Andrews.Thanks for the great hospitality Dukes, keep it up.

Disappointed in the condition of the course,greens heavily sanded and a lot of pitch marks,bunkers have lots of stones in them. Not what I was hoping for,I appreciate were just coming into spring but other courses are in better condition right now.

Lovely location high up above St Andrews and a superb challenging golf course.

Absolutely beautiful course, a round was included with my stay at the Old Course hotel and it was such a great experience. A transfer and buggy was included and I hired a set of clubs as couldn't bring my own. It was a full top of the range Titleist set which were amazing to play with. All the staff (especially the pro in the shop) were so friendly. As for course, I can't recommend it highly enough, challenging but fair and the views were amazing. We'll be back for sure.

Really nice clubhouse. Breakfast was fantastic. The course is really long between holes. My Starva tracked it at 8.9 miles 😲
