Everybody should stay at this hotel, if only for the customer service. We had reason to make a complaint, on a recent two night stay. It was dealt with, without fuss. The hotel could not remedy the problem, so moved us to an uprated room, without question. It is currently undergoing renovation works but that did not detract from the lovely food, the ambiance, or the location.Looking forward to a return visit after the works are finished.

Clean and tidy hotel.great food .(only problem me and my colleague faced was they seem to presure you to order food because the chef needs to know. We had told the bar staff to give us 20 minutes so we could chill out whilst having a pint we felt uncomfortable whilst sitting there .apart from that the Adamson hotel his a great place to stay.just need the staff in the restaurant to give people a chance to settle down in the restaurant before pushing the menu straight in front of you .

There's lots of easy, free parking. We were met at reception and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but adaquate and the bathroom was spacious: both were spotlessly clean. We had dinner in the dining room which was very good and great value for money. Again all staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. All in all it was great blue money and a very enjoyable stay.

Nice room and good food. Staff friendly, courteous and professional, offering the best customer service. Great wee local hotel in ideal location.

The room was a reasonable size for 2. However, there was a draft from both windows which made it very cold and difficult to get to sleep. The heating wasn’t that good either. The bulb was out in the toilet so we couldn’t shower and we asked for this to get fixed at reception and no one came to fix it after reporting it twice!

Nice clean Hotel room spotless. Lovely friendly staff and where would you get a lovely pint of Guinness for £3.50.What A FIND.Definitely will be coming back.Definitely recommend this lovely peaceful Family Hotel.

The hotel is clean, welcoming and the staff are very friendly. Due to the current restrictions in Scotland we only had a continental breakfast which was fine. The room was basic but clean, with a great en-suite, good sized bed and brew making facilities. The restaurant is of a good size and a separate small bar. We did the quiz on the Sunday. It's in a great accessible location to Dunfermline and if your in the car great roads to visitor attractions. We used the Park and ride for a day out in Edinburgh and was easily accessible and the buses run every few minutes. There and back. Will definitely use again when restrictions are lifted.

Lovely lunch and even lovelier staff! Made to feel very welcome and great banter from the waitress when dealing with my cheeky 10 year old! Looking forward to a wee overnight stay in December.
