Fantastic meal for my mums 80th Birthday lovely meal which everyone enjoyed. First class...well done to all the staff.

Had a lunch with my partner and a work colleague in here this afternoon and it was a well price to quility meal.I had the steak that was well prepared and perfectly medium rare.My partner was over the moon at the gluten free choices and the fact she could have a sticky toffee pudding with her meal, her day was made.Anyone that requires a gluten free meal this is the place to go. The fish she had, the batter looked amazing! if it's been a long time since you've had a fish supper, this is the place to go. The mac and cheese my colleague had was also gluten free, so another bonus to you guys that are required to avoid the gluten.Staff gave a nice warm welcome and the atmosphere of the place is a rarity. All in all you will have a good afternoon in this establishment. We will definitely be back!Thanks again for a good afternoon.

Enjoyed a lovely socially distastant drink with a couple of the locals outside with a cosy fire. Great service from a family run pub. Will definitely be back once these new rules are relaxed. Thanks.

This reminds me of a good old fashion pub for the working man. Does it require work on the fittings and the decor ? Yes.Does that affect the atmosphere and the quality of the food ? No.The food is lovely as are the staff, ignore the wee bits of worn cushions and sit and enjoy an old fashioned plateful of lovely food at a good price, well worth a visit, just be careful no food served Tuesday, Wednesday.

A very friendly place we were there with friends 6 of us had a meal and a few drinks meals were really good compliments to chef and all staff very friendly will visit soon fair enjoyed it xx
