Zara Balti House in Fife

I've been using this takeaway for years and I find the food amazing I really do, and the prices are reasonable, I would fully recommend Zara

Ordered Chip/rice and curry sauce all in one container, which to be fair isn’t on their menu. Guy on the phone was happy to accommodate, when collecting was charged £6.50! curry sauce with rice or chips is £4.50?? Queried this with staff member who states it’s because I’m having rice and chips even though I’m having half and half and the same quantity?? I was too hungry to dispute anymore. Got home opened up container to find chips, rice and very little curry sauce. Chips were rock hard and inedible - curry sauce was okay but very little of it and rice was well, rice. Called up and was asked to bring it back and was given refund. The only reason I’m not marking it 1 star is because I was given a refund. Certainly wouldn’t recommend this place! Out there to rip you off and give you poor quality food!

Avoid at all costs food is terrible about the same as there customer service skills do ur self a favour ho else where

Very friendly staff... home-made pizza dough..fresh everything. Delicious food. Cooked to order expect to wait 15 mins. Order brought to your car.

Overall pretty good. 8/10 I recommend trying a hoagie wrap if you haven't tried (warning its very big, a whole meal on its own).

Not sure if new people have taken over or not but not as good as it used to be. Found a hair in my last order so won't be back.

Customer service is non existent just tonight I witness a young lad drop his pizza after being handed his order for the person behind the till to laugh at him and tell him I wouldn't eat that now absolutely shocking behaviour and well I never ate my takeaway binned it as saying that indicates to me that its not a very clean place

Ordered a meat feast pizza. Worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Cannot believe It was even sent out. Would give a 0/5 if the option was available, cheers kids are crying.

A hard to find but great friendly wee carryout.. food was excellent.. international takeaway.. loved the curry even though a big fresh chilli caught me out 😆
