Zizi's in Fife

Really really really slow service. Food good once it arrived and the waiting staff were lovely but such a slow service. Waited an hour and a half for our food then they ran out of salad and by time the alternative arrived the rest of us had finished. All a bit disappointing for our family celebration meal. Not waiting for desserts. Obviously not enough staff on to deal with full restaurant and busy takeaway service too. Such a shame.

The food was OK, but not great, due to delivery problems a lot of choices were unavailable which can not be helped. Staff were very good, but our main course came before we had finished our starter, we were given apologies, but the mains left on our table. Overall very disappointed.

Great food at great prices. Staff very friendly. Very chatty. Would highly recommend trying pizza here.

The manager did not allow me to seat when a table was cleared empty, arguing that the kitchen was close 2:30-3:30pm. A couple of minutes later, he gave the table away to two other ladies. I guess you have to be his friend (or something else) to be allowed in. Pathetic

Food is always lovely. Service was really slow and had to ask several times for our food. I could see it in the pass and was tempted to collect it myself. Won't put me off going though. Love it here.

Food was nice however service was poor we waited over an hour for food to arrive. Drinks took a while aswell. They were doing lots of takeaway however they should ensure dine in is sorted aswell.

As a group we just popped in on the off chance and was pleasantly surprised by both the food and service which was all good from a quality, portion and overall value.

The food was fantastic and worth the wait. We had the ravioli and pasta dishes which were great. Only 3 stars as the waiters didn't have much of a clue, 2 people arrived to take our order which seemed unorganised and then we had to ask for spoons, cheese and they forgot our drinks so we had the food before the drinks.

Great food as always, booking recommended as they had to turn a number of people away. But we managed to get our table 30 mins earlier as we had finished our stroll down at the harbour.
