ARAN Bakery in Perth & Kinross

This place is a little gem. My gf found it through one of the Instagram folks she follows. The savoury stuff was insanely good. I never go for veggie stuff but did this time amd was blown away by how good it was. The desserts were superb too.... next level bakery

Small cafe bakery with coffee, cakes, pastries, breads and sandwiches. I have been here many times now and it has never disappointed. The coffee is the best in Dunkeld. The pastries are the best I've had in Scotland. Some non-traditional flavours that are perfectly selected and hit the mark for taste, and perfectly cooked as are the takeaway loaves of bread. If you want your taste buds to dance make sure to stop in here!

Decent but not impressed like I was led to believe. They have a good selection of bakery items. While the prices seem a little higher they’re not exorbitant. My plain croissant had good structure and was baked perfectly but the butter was a bit sweeter than I prefer. Cookies were good as was the almond croissant. It’s a small space that can fill up quickly.

Came all the way from San Francisco to sample the baking and were not disappointed in any way, quite the opposite! Worth the 5,004 miles and more!

A cute space that offers a range of savoury and sweet delights.The pork & Apple sausage roll was delicious (available heated as a sit in option) and the Cardamom Bun was sticky, sweet with a delicious cardamom flavour.All paired with a coffee (dairy alternatives available and also delicious) and a seat in the window makes for a great stop in Dunkeld.

Love this bakery, it’s definitely worth going out of your way for if you’re travelling to the Highlands or even a day trip out of Edinburgh or Glasgow. I’ve visited a few times and have really enjoyed everything I’ve tried so far - sourdough bread, coffees, pastries and their cheddar & kimchi toasties! It’s very popular on weekends so make sure to get there early for the best selection. A real bonus is that their staff are really friendly and helpful.

Spectacular bakery. Not only the impeccable esthetics, great coffee and most importantly superb food.We ordered a range of selections from savory to sweet and it was wow. To be honest the pistachio croissant may have been the best baked good I’ve ever had - and I’ve had plenty from France and Italy and beyond!

Really great coffee, home made bread and pastries. We got an arran cheddar and kimchi sourdough toasties with flat white/latte. Superb🤤

Been twice (so far) and absolutely amazing both times. The sour dough is phenomenal and the almond croissants unreal. All of us were raving about it, and still are 3 days later!Just wish it was open more, but my waistline thankful!
