Waited for over 2 hours, when the food came it was cold when I was ordering it didn’t say the Chicken was spicy it came all spicy

What happened to Fessal?Kebabs are far to greasy these days,Pizza bases aren’t good, stodgy (if that’s a word)Curry’s are watery with lumps of chicken (not pieces)Staff are polite but lack of masks last collection I got ruined it for me.I’m not a huge person to judge but when you’ve got 4 guys standing coughing smoking at the door it ruins things before you start.And there website states (Masks must be worn)2 stars for the politeness of staff but from now on I’m out!!!

Ordered food at 6pm still waiting 2hrs a 10 mins nothing arrives yet this has happened before ridiculous service will not order again.

Well that was my last purchase from Azaads, pizza came quicky but it was absoultly shocking.Way under cooked.Cheese thick and not melted but with the tomato sauce being runny the cheese fell off the terrible base was so soggy and under done have no chance of lifting a peace up anyhow.Bad experience.

Over 2 hour wait for delivery. Phoned after an hour and a half, was told on it's way . Phoned again 2 hours later and was told was just leaving shop! Asked for no sweetcorn on veggie pizza, it came with sweetcorn. Garlic pizza was inedible. Meagre amount of pepperoni on pepperoni pizza. Jalapenos poppers and onion rings were lovely, however not worth the 2 hour wait.

Weekend past asked for chips... no don't do chips... well they on your menu... 1125 another night opening hours till 0000 no we closed go away. Bring back the old management..... gone down hill big time.... oh and I'm not your " buddy " OK "buddy "

Ordered two 12" pizza's possibly the worst I've tasted. The bases your using are far to heavy and stodgy.Service was a mess from what I seen who is doing which job...Orders were getting messed left right and centre wait time was pretty bad.

:) Great food brilliant price and all in all a fantastic staff.. Shop is always clean and tidy definitely recommended only problem is making room for the lovely food lol ordered chips x2 a special mixed khobedi and drinks fed four for under £20 delivered food to spare
