Great 4 days away here. Lodges are spacious and well equipped. We had a waterside view. And visits from the ducks every day.

Absolutely beautiful setting. The cabin was right beside the river and I had a week of idyllic peace. The facilities are great, the pool a reasonable size for a wee swim and staff were excellent. Can't wait to go back

Me and my family visited this caravan park on a budget holiday using the sun holiday deal. The holiday was for 4 days in an oak caravan which should have cost £300 but using ‘The Sun’ newspaper deal we got it for £100. Unfortunately that is exactly the amount the caravan was worth. We were given the dirtiest caravan that was full of mould. Mould in the living, dining and bedrooms where our 2 year old had to sleep. I am sure the park saw that we had bought our holiday using a deal so gave us a caravan that matched the price we paid. I am very disappointed and shocked that the park didn’t try to sell the holiday park too us. For all they knew we may have wanted to move to the area or even buy a caravan here.We enjoyed finding daily walks near Pitlochry to get out of the caravan and found lots of sites to enjoy. We will not be returning to tummel valley holiday park ever again.

Lovely park in a very scenic area.Unfortunately our accommodation wasn’t the best, fridge stopped working & 4 days worth of food ruined. Although staff did provide a replacement we were still left short due to this and having to travel to Pitlochry to replace this & finding out an hour and a half after check in that the take away was closed, if we were aware of this we would have brought more food. Our daughters bedding was stained with blood & minimal oven dishes etc provided too for cooking. The restaurant was OK not a good variety of options and very noisy for dining which wasn’t ideal for one of our daughters with additional needs. No staff to be seen in the arcade when the money & ticket machines weren’t working. It would be much more suited as a couples break than a family holiday due to the time spent in the car getting to local tourist attractions.

Arrived on Friday 29th Oct & family went to our cabins, we were in cabin 9 Riverside & it was spotlessly clean, rooms & bathrooms also impressive, kitchen well equipped, beds very comfy & the view over the river was perfect, only thing was the weather ☔ however staff made up for that, extremely friendly & helpful, rain did not spoil our stay. We will definitely be back, loved our stay, thank you tummel staff ❤️

Love this place, I go nearly every year and the scenery never fails, lovely quiet park. Can't say much for the facilities as we always go out of the park in the day and choose to stop in at night but when we have been the bar the staff where very friendly.

Out family had a lovely time at the park as the weather was on our side and we're able to go and explore. The children's entertainment was OK but could have been more effort with the crew . Not the best I've seen. The night time entertainment was also OK but lacked a bit of atmosphere. We used the chippie one night and was hugely disappointed in the quality and had to approach the staff about it. Chips were few and oven baked so dry we had to cover in sause just to digest the few we could eat.I ordered a black pudding supper and on opening my box ,found 2 little slices of you shop bought black pudding in a little batter. The information about events for families with young kids was less than forthcoming and when we asked for more details they always directed us to look in apps for the park and advised that it may not be up to date. Duh. Do they not know what is going on in their own park. And this was from the main desk.On a plus the park is well layed out although a bit isolated with a long curvey 10 mile drive in with passing places before reaching your destination. One hotel a couple of miles away at strathtummel. Bit pricey though!.The ducks in the parks pond were very freindly and the kids loved feeding them in the mornings. Lots of nice walks if you have the weather. They have a nice swimming pool which we used everyday. Booking only.Would we go back.My daughter said she wanted to go back next year with the boys who will be 2.5 and 11.She is wheelchair bound and although the park roads are okish for wheelchairs ?She had to revert to crutches to get down to the level where the kids entertainment was as there was no wheelchair access. The kids enjoyed it all and I suppose that's what matters eh.3 stars is all its worth but please make your own mind up and make the most of it folks.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay in the lodges. The extended family had two together. The kitchens were well equipped although the fridges tended to freeze everything. On the last day we found the thermostat! However the beds were very uncomfortable and the third room pretty small. None of the rooms was really big enough for the travel cot unless it was pushed right up against the bed and then you couldn't use the chest of drawers. The sofas in one of the lodges were very low and hard to get out of. This lodge was also missing a hair dryer. I did ask for one but it never arrived. The dogs were very happy - plenty of room to put out their beds and reasonable walks for them. It was a shame the takeaway wasn't open but we perfectly understood why. Our little grandson loved the pool and because of the booking system it wasn't too busy though it was small.

Wonderful location, surrounded by lochs and hills, with many activities available - glorious late August weather, ideal for exploring the highlands majestic scenery.Must commend general manager Tim and staff, who went out of their way to help - when, after a difficult journey and late arrival, to an appointed caravan, which had some issues for ourselves, inc. autistic grandson - arranging a change of accomodation the next day, with professionalism and courtesy, to enable us to relax and enjoy our stay.No hesitation in giving 5* to all concerned, recommending a holiday experience, which will surely be worth repeating. Many thanks.

Really good caravan park, nice bar, chip shop closed so cannot comment, handy shop which stocks all the essentials plus more. Horrible roads unfortunately would put me off becoming a regular. Caravan was great, spacious, comfortable and clean. Highland burger and fish and chips really good
