Crunch Munch in Perth & Kinross

Me and my pal came here the other day I ordered a bueno waffle which was £5.70 I ACCIDENTALLY gave the lady at the till a fiver in coins which I thought was £6 she was very rude about it and had a rude tone to her voice telling me it was only £5 when my food got here I started feeling really sick and couldn’t hold it in not because of the food that was given to me but what I had to eat earlier the exact same lady was very rude about it AGAIN my pal asked for some blue roll cause I have just been sick the lady told her to basically shut up rolled her eyes and chucked the tiniest bit off blue roll ever, we just got up and left, I’ve always loved crunch munch the food there is so good but this time it’s the staff that put me off, I didn’t even get to eat my waffle

The young lady serving behind the counter couldn't crack a smile or greet us when we walked in and wasn't very helpful. The waffles were oversaturated with Nutella and half raw so we couldn't finish them. So, for 7.50 you get a half cooked waffle drenched in sauce so rich you want to be sick and one scoop of ice cream. And a cup of the worst tasting coffee I've ever had. No wonder the place was empty. Shut the doors. I don't recommend this place! Only good thing it had going was that it was clean and quiet 😂.

Purchased a sweet pick and mix box for £7 and was terrible. Clearly the sweets were not fresh as were all rock hard and all stuck together, marshmallows especially were solid and just snapped in half. Expected better for the price, a lot of money for cheap and old sweets.

Everyone is nice who works there and the food is always amazing, they do great weekly offers too if you pop in.

Great food/milkshakes, tango blast's are amazing, delivery driver was great too, quick and efficient, delivered before it was scheduled to be, will order again 😊.

I would Buy all the time and then this was the last straw !! A cold cookie dough and burnt to a crisp ! And the delivery driver walked off with my milkshake! An absolutely rip off not worth it at all .

I ordered the food from the uber eats, arrived at the designated time to collect the order. Got there and nothing ready. Waited 30 minutes after the designated time. Finally got my order without cutlery. That didn't bother me but when I reached home and opened the order, it was Terrible. The waffles i ordered  are over flooded by sauces and presentation looked really bad. Moreover I called them they put me on wait and not only that they hang the call. So had to go shop again and ask them to replace it. First they are like might be you turned the box around that's why there is sauce all over and later after 35 minutes got my new one but they are not seems fresh and they are really cold. Won't be going back. Very expensive and not really worth the money. Just poor.

Amazing, me and a friend were just looking for a sweet snack and this place was the obvious choice 😂 the menu is extensive and the staff were lovely and knew the menu well, making suggestions and answering questions easily. In particular Sean was very nice and helpful, assisting customers and providing a top-notch service. Super impressed, my only problem now is trying not to come too often in case I end up unable to fit through the door.Only suggestion for improvement is to get a few more menus printed out as they only had one copy at the till, but staff did amazing regardless.

Ordered 2 x waffles, and 2 x milkshakes as part of a deal, around 7.40 pm. Arrive time estimate of 8.25-8.45, deemed this acceptable. Around 9pm, I had called the shop to ask where my food was, but line constantly engaged. Tried 150 times. Nobody is that busy, phone just taken off the hook to avoid complaints. Thought at this point, just leave the order, will claim back from uber eats in morning. Food shows up at 10.30 - 3 hours after order. Tiniest little topping on waffles, tiniest scoop of ice cream too. So disappointed.

Really delicious, their reviews for delivery are poor, so hey people, it's not too difficult, make your own waffles at home, add ice cream and sprinkles. Otherwise pop in, sit down and eat a slice or 2 of joy in comfort. Ok so the cool white LEDs are a bit annoying but waffles and sauces delicious.
