Yes its 5 * and well deserved.Clean, quirky, very friendly staff and good wholesome food with ideal portions.Also very reasonably priced... a real find.. im back for breakfast tomorrow 🍻👍Been for breakfast and its deeelicious 😜

We were in Pitlochry 2 yrs ago.. found this great place by chance.. we had been exploring the town, then the rain came on.. so what do you do.. you find somewhere to go.. !!!Or is that just our excuse for a refreshment..😉.. got a great welcome.. and we were there every night for dinner and drinks... We have just booked to visit Pitlochry again next month.. I think we will have to visit again just to make sure it's still as good as it was the last time..✔

Sunday lunch with the family , Just passing through , gave it a try and was not disappointed. ,they catered for the 6 of us .No problem,Great food from steak pie to the fish , excellent service , and had a lovely feel for the place , Kids enjoyed the “real” fish fingers. Staff were lovely.5 stars 😁

Good tasting home cooked food in a cosy bright atmosphere

Visited the Restaurant for dinner with my family. The premises are well decorated and have comfortable atmosphere. The menu is aptly framed and the staff is friendly. We had an excellent time with delicious food. There is a clean washroom facility. You may need to park your vehicle on the road. Lunch menu is available between 12 noon to 6 pm and light snacks are available till 4 pm.

Decent home cooking but lacks the large filling portions or the cheap price point you'd expect with prices comparative to Victoria's up the road that does more upmarket meals. We would prob have spent more and left more satisfied had they not been cash only

Went to this restaurant a couple years ago with the whole family before Enchanted Forest - nice food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Went back tonight hoping to get some nice fish and chips after whole day hillwalking in Highlands. What a difference!!!. Table clearly not wiped, everything quite sticky. The waitress took good 10 minutes to acknowledge our presence (no other guests in the restaurant). When she finally came to our table, without any greeting she just threw menus at us and left. So did we. Had a lovely meal in the nearby place, served by very polite and smiling lady. If you would like to keep your customers, your staff will have to learn at least some basics how to interactect with people.

As yearly visitors to Pitlochry we hadn't visited Drummonds for a few years for our evening drink on the tables outside. Ordered a bottle of wine with 2 glasses for myself and my mum to share and had to request fresh glasses as they were very dirty. Was promptly handed another 2 with no apologies only to find that they were also filthy. After spending 10 minutes wiping them with tissues and rubbing them up the wine was actually quite nice. It looks like this place has gone a bit downhill since our last visit as the inside of the restaurant also did not look very clean which put us off staying for food and we ended up eating elsewhere.

Popped in for the first time ever,, this evening, to see if we could get a late meal.Yes, no problem they said.We were asked to be patient as all food is cooked fresh, to order.Our meals still arrived quickly, were pipping hot, wonderfully cooked & beautifully fresh.The best fish I have had in a very long time.It was late, we'd had a long day & were very tired, so it wasnt till after we'd eaten we looked around & took stock of our surroundings.What a lovely, comfortable, homely feel this place has. It is a little quirky, let's say interesting. But it's clean, tidy, fun, clearly loved & very homely too.The staff, by the way, are friendly & helpful too!Great job guys, please keep it up. We'll be back!
