Have played the course on a few occasions and the setting is stunning. Was very dissapointed this time with the state of the greens as it really spoiled the game. I have played other course in the area at much cheaper fees and the greens are considerably better. A warning about the greens and a lowering of the fees would probably be appropriate. It does however appear to be the case as with many other businesses in Dunkeld that the prices are going up and the quality is going down.

Very tasty food and friendly, warm staff. Views of golf course are beyond amazing.

Great course played many times when on holiday in the area. Greens were terrible on our last visit 28th June. Still charged full price £36 !!!

The restaurant was recommended by a local. The food was fantastic. The only downside is the walk up to the golf course. It's a killer, so take the car.

Incredible course, very undulating with some awesome views, absolute must visit!

I was fortunate enough to play Dunkeld & Birnam Golf Club in 2003 with a great Scottish friend of mine, who grew up in this beautiful part of Perthshire. The course was originally a 9 hole layout designed by the legendary Old Tom Morris, and had just been converted to a 18 hole course. It turned out to be a totally great experience, wonderful undulating golf course, spectacular views and scenery, together with friendly people and staff. Even spotted deer crossing the fairway on a hole!I would certainly recommend visiting and playing Dunkeld to any avid golfer, and enjoying a tasty meal and some good Scottish hospitality after the round!

This is a fantastic golf course, stunning scenery and really friendly welcoming staff. There are some really interesting and challenging holes. It is up and down as you would expect, so a good workout!

If you are not a trained mountaineer hire a buggy. Great panoramic views. Clubhouse staff really friendly and will go out of their way to ensure your day is enjoyable. Food and service in clubhouse is first class. Thanks to all for making our stay enjoyable. 28/05/18.

Great little course with some of the most quirky holes I’ve ever played. The Final 2 par 3’s are most memorable. An absolute must is to hire a buggy, we were lucky as we’d arranged powercaddys but, changed for a buggy due to an injury to my Dad (playing partner), without a buggy I doubt the round would have been remembered so fondly as it is extremely hilly. All in all though, a great experience. If in the area again I would play again.....with a buggy waiting!!!
