Jade Palace in Perth & Kinross

Missing item, rice lukewarm. Chips went in the bin. Friends chowmein was good. Called to ask about missing item, guy on the phone was friendly enough and offered to deliver. Update. Just reordered again. Food not great. Possibly the last one I order from here. Pretty expensive too for what you want. Again missing items. Portion size horrendous and expensive. Sorry guys but you've now lost me as a customer.

Pretty average if I'm honest. Sweet and sour chicken was 'meh' and portion of chips was still slightly raw when you bit into them. Probably wouldn't go again.

I didnt like the place. The chowmein was greasy and the onion rings were loaded with salt. Defo wont be back!

Went to get my tea tonight by the time I waited more like breakfast. Told would be 25 minutes. I waited at least 45 minutes. When I chased my order after 30 minutes I was initially ignored and then met with a confused look. Not convinced that the order had actually been placed. Not the only customer to have an issue. I know they were busy but were more interested in getting the delivery orders out and were the most inefficient service I have witnessed

Placed order via Just Eat at 6pm, arrived after 9pm with the pancakes missing for the whole duck, alongside some of the sides. Delivery was painfully slow, service when we got in touch regarding the missing items was belligerent. Would strongly suggest to avoid.

Very disappointed tonight! Waited 1 hr 15 mins, chips instead of rice, when phoned was told they would deliver rice but wanted chips back!! Agreed to free prawn crackers with rice delivery (which you would expect anyway with a £40 order) rice arrived 45 minutes later!! Needless to say without prawn crackers! Shocking customer service & used regularly on Just Eat - not now though 😳 shame as other food was good, awful customer service, attitude was dreadful 😱

For a Chinese takeaway, not bad. Had the meal for 2, plus a soup, plus shrimp chow mein. Their spring rolls were massive (like a burrito!) and filling on their own. The rice was meh, but the beef, chow mein, chicken soup, and sweet and sour were all servicable. The banana fritters were fantastic.

The Jade Palace is not bad, but it's not great either. Very inconsistent at best. Their biggest problem is that they have major competition in the New Diamond which is a 2 minute drive away on Rannoch Road and is regularly queued out the door which tells its own story on how popular it is and for very good reason as it's easily the best in Perth.The Jade Palace is over priced and they do not include rice or chips in their pricing of meals whereas the New Diamond does and waiting times can be quite considerable whereas the New Diamond are rapidLooking for a set meal for 1 ? The Jade Palace have no such offerings. Their cheapest set meal starts at £25 for 2 and you have a small choice from a select few dishes for the price. Head to the new Diamond and you can get a set meal for 1 for £10 which is enough for 2 people, and you can choose virtually anything for your starter and your main course ( except duck or king prawn dishes) which will include rice or chips (unless it's a fried rice main dish or chow mein dish).With this information to hand it's hard to recommend the Jade Palace for other than a last resort, such as the New Diamond being closed !

Very unhappy once again! We have been using the Jade Palace for years now, incorrect orders & dishes missing becoming more & more regular! We have even started to repeat orders before ending phone call but still 9/10 orders arrive wrong! Dont get me wrong they do try to rectify quickly but by that time, meal is ruined! Tonights meal wasnt of a great standard either - this very suprising as we have never had a bad meal from there! Really dissapointed
