Kfc in Perth & Kinross

Person on drive thru speaker didn't understand what I asked for so had to order at the window. Held up a queue for 10 minutes. Guy working in the kitchen was filthy from head to toe, the whole kitchen area looks unclean. Food poorly cooked

Won't be back food lukewarm and food a hair with my chips.Took them back then waited 10 minutes but had to go back to the counter to see where my replacement food was.The young lady did not know what to do so got the manager to help.

This is the second time in a row that they have not had what we asked for and made a substitute without consulting us. They also gave us out of date gravy. The food is good but it is frustrating to get home and find your order is incorrect. This time we checked the order before we left and it was wrong but we had to accept what they had as there was no alternative again.

Chicken strips were burnt with black lines like they were fried in an electric deep fryer under the basket, got beans with my order and was given nothing to eat them with. Chips a bit overdone yet soggy. Not the usual from kfc

Full menu never available, always items unavailable, this includes pre Brexit. Staff unfriendly and look bored and demotivated.Crossed the road and had food at Tim Hortons, super friendly n happy staff, food delicious.Wont be visiting kfc again.

Waited over 30mns for our order, it’s supposed to be a fast food! Place was very dirty will never be back. Please do not go there!

Very very dirty, I had to ask a member of staff to come and clean the table, then ask her to go and get the correct product to do it with. Food all over surfaces and floors. We only ate because we were hungry, and made sure to touch as little as possible. No hand sanitizer by the entrance and my son said the toilets were blocked. We will not return!

Had a quick service and the food was ready fairly quick but was still fresh. Given it 2 stars though due to the severity of the cleanliness. We had to ask twice for a table to be wiped so we could sit down since every table was filthy. There was food all over the floor, the window sills were grubby and that wasn't even the worst. The toilets were so unclean and smelt so bad I actually had to leave before I puked.Makes you a little concerned though. If that's the cleanliness of the customer side, whats the cleanliness like behind the scenes 🤢

Took a good 15+ minutes to get served and another 20+ to receive order. The soft drinks cups were replaced with coffee cup lids which resulted in drink soaking my cars mats and carpets resulting in a sticky wet mess and replacement mats now needed. Not impressed at all being a former fast food restaurant employee myself. At least the gravy wasn’t forgotten this time

Outstanding, pleasant staff, super clean, superb food especially gravy😁 on reading previous reviews I was sceptical. However you need not worry on my visit I was pleasantly surprised! Very professional and clean! Everything in place to deal with social distances......... give it a whirl yourself! Much appreciated to all staff! Especially the young lady on the till today about half one/two o'clock she may remember I ordered extra gravy with my zinger meal! Take care, stay safe!!!!!!!
