An absolute gem of a place! We had a delicious meal, a yummy beef pie and a steak, both were perfectly cooked.The lady that served us was very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.Thank you for a lovely experience!

Proper homely feeling local pub serving classic well portions dishes. Kids meal looked expensive on the menu but was a very generous portion that I would have been happy with. Very much dog and child friendly!

Pub visit Sept 2021: Popped in for a couple and stayed for many.Lovely pub with a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff - it ended up being the highlight of our time away - thoroughly recommended.Update having used accommodation March 2022:Lovely, spacious, clean room in an excellent location - staff very friendly and helpful as before. Great food.

The pizzas were very good, but main menu a bit limited (note - party had a fussy eater) . Minor issues with order, corrected very quickly. Staff very friendly and top marks for whoever set the playlist for the music that was being played today. Thanks for looking after us today.

Fantastic food, really cosy and homey atmosphere and lovely staff!

Visited while on holiday. Lovely little place and the food was delicious. I had the fish and chips which were to die for. One of the workers also had a black lab that was keeping everyone company, not to everyones liking I imagine but as a dog lover it was great.

One of the best pub restaurants I have ever been to. The food is excellent, well priced, with a great range of beers and wines. Friendly staff and even though they were really busy, the staff were very helpful. Its a dog friendly, country pub with cracking atmosphere with roaring fires, in rural Perthshire. Well worth a visit.

Great experience!! Top class Scottish hospitality. Jamie the owner and his team were excellent throughout our stay. Room was nicely appointed, spacious and clean. Bar restaurant and lounge areas all have lovely real fires and are decorated in a unique and quirky style. Great menu with delicious food and drink offerings! Dog friendly too. A lovely friendly place to escape to.

In the many times I have come here over the past years I have never been disappointed. The food is always excellent with great portion sizes. The atmosphere and decor are wonderful. Service is always quick and the staff have all been amazing. Recently came here to take my Mum out for a birthday lunch and she could not have been happier for her first time coming. Many thanks to the staff for that. Will be coming back again at some point.
