This doesn't even deserve a star. Ordered a takeaway at 6:25pm still no delivery by 8:20pm called the restaurant to ask where the delivery was and they said it would be another 30min... I then cancelled the delivery as I was not willing to wait "2hr and 30 min" for a delivery. Please get your act together with the delivery service as I personally think a 2hr and 30min wait is NOT great especially when I stay only 20min away from the restaurant.

Pizzas are actually fabulous but delivery is a total farce!! An hour and a half later we called as the update had said "left restaurant" but no sign. We phoned to be told they weren't actually even made yet or near the top of the list to be made!! You shouldn't offer delivery when u can't actually offer delivery in a reasonable time or give inaccurate times.

Visited on Saturday the 12th of February with 5 other people. Service was slow to start and slow and inconsistent at best. Starters took half an hour to come and mains almost an hour after that.Food was good but service was an absolute shambles. Tables next to us were similarly unimpressed.

Found this by mistake but what a find. Staff efficient and friendly. Very clean and toilets were spotless. Price reflected quality of food. Will call again.

The food was lovely,and good sized portions, nice and cosy atmosphere and the staff were very friendly,always making sure everything was OK, it was worth the 1 hours drive,and we'll definitely be back

Interesting cozy decor with the vaulted brick ceilings. Real pizza oven with a big fire inside. Pizzas and pastas were tasty but the menu is rather limited to just those items. No draught beers at the bar; bottles only. The worst aspect had to be the number of delivery drivers coming in and out of the main entrance and using the place like a clubhouse - it really spoils the ambiance of a nice venue like this.

Roma Restaurant was lovely and quiet when we arrived. There is a feature wall/fountain and a huge fish tank behind the bar which kept the kids entertained. There was no children's menu as such, instead the kids picked from the main menu and were given a slightly smaller portion with lower price. The food was great and the kids pizzas arrived in the shape of a fish with an olive for an eye which went down a treat! There was also a churros style dessert made with deep fried pizza dough sticks and fudge/chocolate dipping sauces which was amazing!Definitely worth a visit.

The staff are the real stars here, very good to excellent. Was a hair on the the menu which was slightly discerning. The radiator next to the table had dust on it, but I'm not saying it's dirty just a bit more attention to detail required. I had mac n cheese, wasn't the best tbh, needed something stronger to make the cheese zing in it. My partner absolutely loved her meal, she was very very pleased. All in all a very pleasant experience, great staff, mac n cheese wouldn't be my next choice but I'd definitely go back. Give them a try, it's a lovely place with amazing staff

Seafood tagliatelle followed by lemon cheesecake. Cannot fault this place, gorgeous and quaint little off the street/underground cosy vibes. Food is all very well priced and cooked to perfection! If anything I'd say they were undercharging for the main meals.. £6 for any main!!!

We found this restaurant by the "accident" and didnt regret it at all. Food was great, service also and all for normal price. Would recommend it! :)
