Mae-Ping Thai Dining in Perth & Kinross

Stopped in here by chance after walking past. Very glad we did as the food was delicious. Fresh, spicy and so much variety. Very friendly service.

What a pleasant evening at Mae Pings we have enjoyed. Great friendly welcoming service. Good food and were served quickly, fresh and full of taste. We had the banquet meal for 2 and just managed to finish everything off. We will come again.

Came for a hot date with my mate Chris (newmac) wasn't let down... food, great.....decor, outstanding, banter.... out this world. Mae ping would be proud take a bow guys! Will definitely be back, Thursday club.1 x

Best quality meal you could get in Perth. We go back again and again and now get takeaways because its just delicious. The staff are lovely, clearly appreciate your using their restaurant and seeing repeat customers. They can recommend a meal based on what you like if you tell them. Just overall GREAT

Delicious food, very fresh and homemade! Service was also spot on. We asked for advice and were recommended great mains, we were looked after really well and had a very nice time!

The best Thai food I’ve ever had by a mile! Wow! It was all home made and so fresh right from the kitchen. The vegetable starters were incredible especially the corn fritters and the sauces that came with them were such a treat. Our waitress was fabulous and knew everything on the menu inside out. She treated us so well and we had a good laugh together. Her dad is the chef who she said was amazing. She wasn’t wrong! The main course was a mix of duck, pineapple, grapes and peppers in a red curry sauce. I’d never had it before but our wonderful waitress recommended it so I went with it. I couldn’t get enough of it! All the staff were lovely, made us feel at home and the food was out of this world! Great Saturday night out!

Guaranteed fresh, fragrant, delicious and authentic Thai food! Mae Ping never disappoints. Always a friendly service and such tasty food. There is plenty to choose from on the menu - of which I am yet to explore, as I usually order my favourites every time I dine in or order to take-away. I look forward to going back and enjoying other dishes from the menu ☺️

Have heard so many good things about this restaurant, and finally managed to arrange a visit. Staff were very friendly, great selection on the menu and the food was just wonderful. You could tell it was freshly made. We were a party of 7, and no one had any complaints about their food. Can’t recommend them highly enough, and now see why they are award winning.Worth a visit if you are in the area.

We are only in Perth for 2 nights and tried Mae Ping tonight and the service was very good with a polite lady serving us.We started with the Pork ribs with a soy and sweet chilli dip.My girlfriend had the Thai green chicken curry and commented that it was very fresh and the best she's ever tasted so far.I had the Pad Kraprao which was quite spicy, but not over bearing.Portion size was good for the price, £28 for a starter and two main courses.We came back again tonight and had even better dishes.Definitely worth a visit when you're in Perth.
