Mcdonald's Restaurants in Perth & Kinross

We pulled up to the drive thru intercom only to be told it wasn't in use and to use the other one. This involved 2 other cars having to reverse with us. Finally got to place the order and proceed to the payment kiosk.There was nobody there so we moved forward to the next kiosk. We were then told that we had to reverse back to the previous kiosk to pay. I pointed out that there was nobody there and was told - there is now. The 2 cars behind us had done the same as us, so we all had to reverse again.Order paid for we moved forward again to collect it. We were asked if we wanted milk and sugar for the cup of tea - yes please.We pulled over to park up and enjoy our breakfast but discovered there wasn't any milk. My companion walked back to the kiosk and asked for some. By the time she returned to the car I'd unpacked the bag of food and discovered there wasn't any sugar either. By that time I'd had enough of the whole carry on and gave up.We definitely won't be using this Maccy D's again.

Hey its mc d's , took a bit longer than usual but still delivered the standard 👍 👌, just a updated ,last 3 times through drive through and order was missing items everytime , then the time it took to resolve the items we were given at first were then cold , shame really , better to go in instead of using drive through.

Very dissatisfied with my order. Did my order through just eat and when it arrived milkshakes were melted one didnt show up, gave me the wrong order for the double big make it was just burger no salad or sauce all the food was warm like it had been left out for a while. Will definitely not be ordering from Dunkeld Road mcdonalds again this is a few times that it's happen. Never again!!

Went to drive through but had to wait sometime for food which we didn't mind doing. When we got home not all the food was there and the big macs were dried up burgers. I was never much of a MacDonalds fan but I will def not be back. We were ripped off to the tune of £8. Basically it cost us nearly £19 for 2 dried up Big Macs and 2 Fantas.

This McDonald's is pretty good. I ordered my meal on the app and used click and collect and I didn't have to wait long at all, even though I had ordered the festive pies, which usually take ages for them to prepare. The food was hot when brought to the car and the staff member was polite. It was fairly busy, but I noticed while I was waiting that the drive thru que moved quickly. It seems like an efficient and well run McDonald's. I can't comment on the inside of the restaurant, but I would recommend click and collect or the drive thru.

Order process not working properly, handed incorrect order. Girl at window swapped the orders. Not sure how Covid friendly that is for folk whose order we got. Explained to a manager our issues. Asked for my receipt. Handed wrong receipt. Went inside and swapped receipts over for correct receipt. I have an anxiety issue and all this really set me off. So much so, that I managed to snap my Andy's Man Club wristband. What was supposed to be a treat for my daughter ended up being a disaster with her being concerned about her dad's mental health issues instead.

Slow service as always here. Priority given to mcdelivery making those inside wait an age for their meal. Fast food? Don't make me laugh. Ordering machines mostly out of order and the McDonald's app does not appear to work for pre order the last 2 visits. Not good enough.

The queue was so long you couldn't get onto the car park. Ordered inside for a cheeseburger which took 30 mins. Too many customers fir the size of restaurant

Totally disgusting experience. popped in on our way home on Sunday 31st Oct, while waiting for our food order we estimated at least half those waiting where not adhering to Scottish govt regulations of face covering, most the staff totally oblivious and wearing face coverings below the chin. No active Covid in force. We wont be back.

We visited this McDonald's on a Sunday evening with a group of kids who had been on a day trip. Although it seemed fairly busy when we arrived, it wasn't a place completely rushed off it's feet, yet the place was incredibly messy - it looked like it had just been ransacked! Although food was ordered via the touchscreen station, parts of the order brought to the table were incorrect and had to be changed, and the hot chocolate drinks were basically coloured hot water! Credit to the staff though for exchanging the drinks and correcting the order with minimal fuss, but I'm afraid overall this was an experience well below expectation even for a fast food 'restaurant'. When we were finished we were unable to clear away properly because the waste stations were overflowing and unattended.
