Absolutely beautiful spot, we sat outside one day just with a few coffees, and the next with a sharing platter which was amazing, it is so peaceful sitting listening to the Tummel River and looking at the beautiful scenery.

Really lovely little restaurant, the fish and chips were great! Overlooking the river if you sit outside which has a romantic setting with outside heathers and fairy lights.

Lovely little restraunt, there was twelve of us coming back from the Highlands. Food fantastic & so was service. Staff very attentive & friendly.

Great location and lovely food. Portions are large so order wisely. We had to forgo a part of our meal and skip dessert even though the cakes looked lovely.

The food was good and the location was lovely however it was very overpriced for what it was.The service was unfortunately very bad. Although the staff were friendly, they were not very attentive and overall just very poor at their job. Just some examples of this are: given water for the table but no glasses, asked for glasses but still did not receive them. When food arrived, the waitress walked off right away so we could not ask for salt and pepper and we were also never checked on during our meal. Plates not being cleared, we placed them at the edge of the table so it was obvious but we were still being ignored, instead the staff were clearing empty tables.A 12.5% service charge was automatically added to our bill, this might be the reason staff were so lax as they knew they were getting tipped anyway despite the god awful service.

We had the burger and fish n chips for mains. And, brownie and ice-cream for dessert. All excellent! Would give it 6 stars if possible. Also, amazing setting - will be lovely on a warm day if you sit outside

Wife booked us a table for two as a surprise and boy it didn't let's us down food was lovely and warm and reasonably priced staff were very nice and helpful I wouldn't hesitate going back

The prices are very high for what you get - we waited a very long time to get our food (more than an hour) and the portions were very small. I had to even double check with the waiter if I got the right portion of chips (there was barely anything in the bowl), but the waiter confirmed it was correct . The food was decent, but not for that price. The location is beautiful and it was very nice to sit outside, but overall - not a very pleasant experience, as we were very hungry waiting for the food, and left unsatisfied.
