Prince of India in Perth & Kinross

Can only describe our service and meal here as absolutely terrible! Had been before years ago, it was good then. Will never step foot in place again

Had a pleasant meal here. Food very nice, not too badly priced. Staff very nice.

Spacious restaurant, conveniently located just off the main Street. Fairly extensive menu, hot food and plenty of it. Efficient service.

Lovely staff and brilliant food, been a few year since last been here as I visit for a holiday but as great as I remember!

Good food- both vegetarian and Non vegetarian. Guys customized it very well, as per our request. Quite efficient. Good people and nice interiors. We enjoyed our time at Prince of India. Would surely recommend.

Fairly average this time round. Usually stop on way up north, portion size wasnt great, id rather pay more if needed, and taste was just a bit bland, the chicken just felt like it was previously cooked and a bit rubbery. Id try it again as other times it has been pleasant

Very disappointing.I should preface this report by saying that we come from the Balti Capital of England (Birmingham) which is why we rarely eat at an Indian restaurant when away from home. We are surrounded by (generally) good quality (food-wise) Indian restaurants, and are aware that the same quality cannot be guaranteed around the country.We’re not sure why, but we decided to eat here. It was not at all good. I could have and, indeed have, made significantly better curries at home.This curry was exactly similar to a tin or packet of curry sauce (glutinous and jelly-like) from a supermarket being poured over the meat. It had little taste, no refinement and there was no pleasure or reward in eating it. The content, when compared to a genuine curry was non-existent. There were no onions, no chillies, and nothing to give it anything approaching the experience of eating a good, honest and genuine curry.Unfortunately the customer service was very poor too. The waiter was very officious and unfriendly, acting like he couldn’t wait to go off duty and get home.There’s no doubt this was the worst curry we’ve ever had.

When restaurants can be busy to the point that you have to book in advance, and all you want is good food in quiet surrounds, then consider the Prince of India. Their lunchtime 2-course fixed menu is £9.95 with about 5-6 dishes for each of the starters and main courses. Between the three of us, we each tried different dishes. They had vegetarian options that were delish. We were all delighted. Tables are well spread apart re COVID and distancing. The service was great: friendly and attentive. I’ll be back.

Had a fantastic meal here everyone in the restaurant commented to the staff on the quality of the food I could here tables next to us also enjoying there meal. Fantastic loved it go here even if your not big into Indian food this was my first real Indian restaurant and I really enjoyed it

Reasonable prices and good food quality. Nice customer service and clean toilets.
