Beautiful location and well worth the journey. Easily the most picturesque station you'll ever visit and the tearoom is lovely. Try and time it so a train arrives when you're there to add to the experience! Drive up to the station is stunning as well....a great day out!

We had tea and scones and it was wonderful. They had made a second batch 10 minutes before we arrived. The staff are very friendly and chatty. Great views to the loch and mountains beyond.

The drive out to the Rannoch Station is attractive and well worth it. We made a return visit today and had lovely soup and home baking. We took a piece of banoffee cake to enjoy back in our hotel room, and it was fabulous. We highly recommend this Tearoom.

Hidden within this remote station waiting room is a wonderful cafe with sumptuous cakes and ice creams. Vegan friendly.

Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Pitlochry, Loch Tay area. Lovely drive up there by the Loch then along the Riverside. Wonderful views when you're up there.A tiny cafe but what a surprise - home made baking at its best, and things we'd never had before. The station is across an iron footbridge from the car park so if you are severely disabled it's probably inaccessible - though a takeaway to eat in the car is a good alternative.

Amazing staff and service. My daughter is a wheelchair user and couldn't access the platform but the lovely ladies carried our food over to us. The food was delicious too!

Make sure to book ahead at weekends as it gets very busy. Worth the wait though. Very friendly service.
