I went to pick up a friend of a friend who had been in an argument and was scared to walk home. The bar staff had allowed her to stay until I arrived.

Had a meal at the Salutation last night. Absolutely excellent food and service. So much so, we have booked in again for a meal on Saturday night. Definitely highly recommended . Very good value for money too
