AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!! GOT 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE ZEROordered from here earlier tonight,it was disgusting!! was fried that much the batter was on the verge of burnt and the fish was obliterated inside ,the gravy was congealed that much it resembled jelly.The chicken balls weren't any better they also were on the verge of being burnt and the chicken was hard instead of being soft and juicy.Phoned to complain and was asked what do you want me to do about it,was very arrogant and rude then hung up.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had chicken sweet corn soup brown colour duck curry awful said it would be between 1hour or1.30min it arrived about 20min never had food so awful

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering fried noodles, should have been suspicious when the girl went through the back and immediately returned with what I had just ordered a second before. Can’t eat it, smells wrong. Never again.

Thick jelly gloopy 'sauce' cold chips from the bottom of the pan, if not the floor. Should be looked into by H&S

Absolute amazing food from the chip shop menu never had a problem with any of there food always full of flavour and massive portions for so little is amazing

Ordered from here last night took two hours for delivery when I called to ask where it was the first time the woman that answered the phone was very rude clearly didn’t care and fobbed me off before hanging up on me with driver is on his way .. 30 mins later still no delivery called again and same woman was very rude again talked over me told me traffic was horrendous when I knew fine well it wasn’t eventually the delivery arrived and the delivery lady was lovely and very apologetic and advised me that the order had just been made and sent out .. so if I hadn’t called again I’d still have been waiting on the food… food was nice but customer service and delivery time atrocious!

Disgusting. Couldn't eat it. Congealed thick gelatinous sauces. Sauce thickening and turning to jelly on the plate. Bland food. Smelled dirty - not fresh. The worst example of Chinese food I have ever experienced.I took a chance on them as I normally go next door which is a little too expensive imo. Big Mistake!Alarm bells should have been ringing when I saw the staff ordering in a McDonald's while I waited for my food. Even he didn't want to eat the food from here!Absolutely vile.Avoid this place.

Horrible food when we ordered months back. Recently had an accident involving one of their delivery drivers, he drove off without exchanging details. Finally caught up with him, he became aggressive and starting shouting and swearing at me. He blamed me for the accident and then swerved towards me as he drove off. I went to the restaurant to advise of the incident and to see if I could get any details and the owner/person in charge that evening got aggressive towards me and accused me of lying. Turns out the driver isn't insured to deliver food either... Police have been informed. Horrible food and staff.

Just bought a takeaway here online from Just Eat. Made an account, ordered online, selected my delivery address and paid by card. Driver arrives saying I did not pay enough delivery. Phoned Shanghai to complain and ask why. Got passed to the manager for him to say that I need to read the website and if I did I would of found out I had to select delivery area as I had been charged for the incorrect cheapest. There was no option to do this and the manager then became aggressive and called me ignorant. I then tried to make the payment and he hung up. I work in customer service and if I had acted like this I would be fired.Food is okay to mediocre but I will never spend a single penny here again.

Late delivery of cold, congealing food from a rude delivery driver who failed to stop after a road accident. Equally ignorant restaurant staff who ignored complaints about food and service. Zero customer service & absolutely no Covid measures in force back of house. Avoid at all costs.
