Snakatak in Perth & Kinross

Ordered from this place after seeing good reviews but never have I been more disappointed, what a joke of customer service! Placed an order to be delivered for a specific time which was not adhered to dan delivered half an hour early resulting in me having to rush back to where I was staying to collect, when the food was delivered none of my drinks had came with the order, found out the delivery driver wasn’t to blame as these were not even given to him, then when he came back with them after my partner phoned up he only gave us 1 and not the 2… I then proceeded to phone back again not caring for the other juice but to complain over the terrible customer service and the man I spoke to pretended he couldn’t even hear me, even though 5 minutes prior to this my partner spoke to them off the same phone with no issues at all. Regardless of their quality of food I’ve never received worse service, lack of care and negligence in my life. If you’re going to run a business, actually run it.

Pretty neat place. Ordered Donner and Chips (£4.50) and a Monster Energy Can (£1.50). Portion was a good size and tasted good, although the only "nitpicks" I have is that the fridge doesn't have Drink prices advertised (gotta ask) and the chips could have done with seasoning (but that's my fault for not asking).Will certainly visit again.
