Subway in Perth & Kinross

Poor customer service, stood there for 15 minutes waiting. Wasn't even busy.

Very busy at lunch time although wueue not that big but it takes time for staff to get it down.Happy to wait though because food is always good and fresh.

My sub was ok, however the manager was rushing us and made the experience unpleasant. I struggle to see the board due to my eyesight and sometimes need a moment extra to confirm what I would like. There were no customers behind me and therefore I did not understand the rush.

Is what it is but customer service was spot on and the roll I had was great and tasted fresh Salad looked vey fresj as well also nice to see the shop looking clean and tidy Gents loos are still Rank though

3 stars for the food. The staff weren't very professional especially the bloke serving on the till. He wasn't very friendly and a bit loud.

Customer service doesn't exist in this place. I've been standing there for nearly 10 minutes waiting to be served, being absolutely ignored. No-one said anything, no-one apologised for the wait, no-one even said "hi" when I went in. The worst thing is that I was the only customer and the staff was engaged in processing orders for delivery and chit-chatting with eachother instead of focusing on me. Absolute shambles. Furthermore, there's a reason why you guys are called the "sandwich artists", obviously this doesn't apply to the people working here. I've ordered 2 foot-long sandwiches with double vegan cheese and salads. Both of them were an absolute mess, the staff couldn't even be bothered in cutting one of them in half, making it even more difficult to eat. The ingredients haven't been spread evenly. I asked for jalapenos, just to eat all of them with a single bite, having my mouth burned, ketchup was on one side only, I won't even mention the rest of the salads, which has been literally "chucked in" unreasonably. It's absolutely unacceptable to run this place in such a disrespectful manner. I highly recommend everyone to avoid this place and use the Subway at Broxden. This was by far the worst experience I ever had at Subway. I'll come back next time to check if this complaint has changed anything, if not, then I'll have a conversation with the management myself.

Order wrong again,5 small miniscule pieces off chicken,full box lettuce,shocking this isn't the 1st 2nd or 3rd time subway done this,GET A GRIP SUBWAY!!! You take our money ni problem so give us our food we paid for

The service i got was awful. I am vegitarian myself, asked the man nicely to change his gloves as he was touching meat and his gloves was filthy, he then went on to say that i was being cheeky when all i asked was to change his gloves. Before he changed his gloves he touched the bread i asked for. Went in again and they then said i was banned.

Terrible customer service, poor quality sandwiches on 14th February 2021! I will make every effort not to be back to this particular Subway store. Ordered via app as usual, my sandwiches were missing half of the ingredients and were poorly made. After raising a complaint with staff member, I received the exact same sandwiches- again missing same ingredients as before. After complaining again, l was told there was nothing they could do and l could not have my money back unless I complained via app. I was also told, they would not show me how to apply for a refund because they did not know. Massive waste of money and time. Will return to Subway store at Kingsway Dundee as soon as it reopens- never had any issues there.
