Staff are mega helpful and friendlyThe food is microwave "heated on site" chain food, so it is slightly more expensive than other chains, but I feel it's slightly higher quality so evenly matched with Wetherspoons.Sports on all the time, staff being cheery and attentive. When in Perth it's my go to pub

Sadly I have been back to the foundry today for lunch and although the food was delicious, I'm really dissatisfied with the manager of the place, I asked him for the bill and he replied yes il get it in a minute, he then proceeds to serve people at the bar take another customers order, then he played around with a laptop plugging into a table just below us, when I asked about the bill once again approx 10 mins later and was told someone else would see to it, I went to the bar to pay as I had my 88 year old mother with me and she needed to get out, as we passed he was very rude to her the way he spoke to her, after this with a manager as rude as him I certainly won't be back, which is very sad because the young guy the other day was so lovely, cheery and friendly, the so called manager could take a leaf out of his book.

Excellent food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Although I'm not from Perth I come here regularly for a few days shopping and always seem to end up here.This place is great.The staff are lovely and friendly and the service is always very good.They have a new menu and it has lots of interesting things.So I opted to try the new buffalo chicken pineapple burger but when I went to order I got told they had NO burger buns left...What to do?Improvise which the young chef did and I must say I think it should be and added option to the menu,he used Sourdough bread(slightly toasted)and it was Fantastic.You never know you could always ask....

Visited the foundry tonight and from start to finish it was absolutely amazing we were told that the food might be 45 minutes due to being busy which was fine but we got it alot sooner than the 45 minutes and if was absolutely amazing chicken strips with bbq sauce amazing steak and ale pie an absolutely fantastic track and trace system in place as well a great selection of beers and spirits only one question I have is about the 2 bottles of alcohol free for 4 pounds everyday which is a fantastic deal have I read it wrong with the koppaberg as have asked twice and being told that's not on the deal we visited today again and will say once again for service and all the staff are amazing pity we home tomorrow or would have being back in

We visited last week and would give 5/5 for service, staff were great but unfortunately the food let it down, my husband enjoyed his but mine was over microwaved, very dry. We were asked if we enjoyed our meals, and we explained, but the response was she would tell the kitchen. We will try again and hope this was just a one off.

We have been to the foundry a few times. The atmosphere is lively and food good. We have never had any negative visits. The burgers are very good. The last time we had the Korean burger, which was tasty.

Better food and warmer than spoons (no fierce air con). Absolutely cracking burger and amazing chips. But a green king pub with no green king ales?? And just that sadly typical ‘can’t really be arsed’ attitude to service which to be fair you get every where in Scotland. Saw several people walk in and leave straight away without any acknowledge from a member of staff... summed the place up really.

Just finished a delicious rump steak and tucking into a bottle of wine.Good size steak, cooked exactly to my liking, staff attentive and food arrived promptly!Also it's only £8.00 for a steak on a Thursday! Excellent value for money!
