The Scone Arms in Perth & Kinross

Given a table jammed up against the exit to the courtyard area despite booking. Freezing everytime the door opened and closed. The food was awfull. Steak Pie filling conservatively 60% gravy and the vegetables looked terrible and nothing but mushy. At best left overs from a previous sitting. Real shame as the staff are always brilliant and never been disappointed before. Think ill try a competitor 400 mtrs up the road next time.

Once we managed to get into the establishment, as the side doors were closed 🤪 was a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Food was spot on and very reasonably priced! Recommended

Met an old friend last night for a dinner drink and a chat . Large party beside us so very loud but was all want to enjoy life just now. Food was edible but would definitely benefit from being cooked a little lessAdvised staff who will pass this to the chef

Booked a table for family last night (Saturday 12th June) 6pm. When my daughter called to reserve a table they didn't say the restaurant was closed and food was served in the bar. It was a bit too rowdy, perhaps some people had been there for a wee while!! Table was in the middle of the floor so we felt as if we were in the way. We asked for a booth but was told they were all reserved! Food was good so no complaints there. We would go back but only when they open the restaurant, not while food is served in the bar.
