Customer service was unfortunately very poor. Only one member of staff made an effort.It took over an hour, closer to 90 minutes to get food. Food wasn't rhe best either. Vegetable Curry was very tomatoey. Never tasted it like that before.One member of staff was extremely rude and showed a complete lack of care for us and other guest around us.It was very expensive. Charged £4 for a small bottle of Irn Bru. They also kept on asking us to pay after each round of drinks and every round of food.Very, very disappointed and its a shame as it has a fantastic view and location. I definitely wouldn't recommend this.I've been to a few places throughout Covid and everywhere else has always tried tobgive the best possible customer service, which staff here failed to do. Please get better and take this feedback properly to improve.
