Blue Lagoon Fish & Chips in Stirling

First visit.Sat in for a Traditional Fish Tea. Was Excellent.Very Fresh.Nice side dishes. Traditional slice of bread and butter and cuppa!!10/10 for food15/10 for young lady serving the tables.Very clean .

Just popped in for something to eat on the way home and it had the highest star rating in the area. It was OK, definitely not the worst place to grab a quick bite but it was just ok. Staff were lovely and friendly, appeared to be rather busy with deliveries. So people obviously really like it

Food is 5/10. Chips tasted stale and we waited 2 hours for our food without so much as an explanation. Instead of being gracious about it they were not helpful. Called up about an hour in to be told they were just packaging it now and we had to wait in awkward silence before I got a ‘…eh yeah but sorry about that.’ They were clearly understaffed. The nice delivery driver explained that she was already working beyond her hours and that they had one delivery driver for the whole night. She said she picked it up fifteen minutes ago which means the folk on the phone were either lying when they said our order was being packed or that our order had been sitting there for about half an hour waiting to be picked up. And by the taste it was probably the latter reason. Free business tip for you - Instead of fulfilling what you can realistically deliver, it’s obvious they’ve just taken whatever order for the money without realising poor service means customers won’t come back, thus losing dosh in the long term - Avoid that. In that spirit we’ll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Service was pretty good, even though they forgot my husband's fish dinner. Fish was ok.

Lovely tasty fish and chips. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and explained to us what ‘a slice’ was meaning fish not bread. Ate here a couple of times. Good value for money.

Changed the king rib, half the size and tastes like mushed up dog food, very disappointed as always order from here but won’t be in future. If I could give 0 stars I would of.

The meal was filling and tasty, highly recommend will be coming back

Excellent battered Mars bar! Probably the best I've had. Lovely clean establishment with friendly staff.

Food was adequate. Very late arrival on delivery. Over 45mins late. And was offered nothing as compensation. Delivery driver was also too lazy too press a buzzer and enter close. Had too walk down 3 flights of stairs even though i paid for a delivery to my door. Will be taking my buisness elsewhere
