Given the circumstances when I came here I was very pleased with the attitude of all staff. Stuck by thier current guidelines. Food was lovely. Place was nice and clean and well laid out.

Lunch today food orders wrong cold meals brought out service was terrible !! However after a few angry words with the Manager ( who handled my grumpiness extremely professional) everything sorted ! We will return due to the efficiency of this highly competent young man

Lovely customer service, fast, efficient and safe. Food about standard for price and something quick and easy. Winner with toddlers and impatient men alike .

Absolutely the worst I've had and we have had some bad ones at Brewers Fayres recently. Burger with mac cheese - burger was like a block of dry chewy carbon, mac on top was tasteless and pasta was dry, roll was soggy, chips were cold and full of grease. Seems to have been very poor luck and coincidence but Brewers Fayres in Scotland have been god awful. Maybe it has something to do with the fact you pay for your meal at point of orderingPhoto below does not do it justice

The only place in Stirling that sells chicken and mushroom pies.Been craving these since I was 3 months pregnant and was so happy that I finally got one and it tasted amazing. One of the nicest meals I've had here my fiance's mixed grill was cooked to perfection and my daughter's macaroni was lovely too. Desert menu was good one of the best I've seen lately as most places just sell the same things now.

Awful. The only good thing is they were able to take us without booking. Aside from that, little redeeming features. We ordered on the app, but during the process it went past 18:00 and because the menu changed it kicked two of our orders out of the cart and had to put them back in. We then waited. And waited. And waited. And watched a few people come, order, eat, and leave before we got our food. It finally arrived over an hour after ordering. And it was wrong. My sons meal was fish nuggets instead of chicken nuggets. The chips weren’t with the meal. The kids starters never arrived. My daughters pizza was burned. The kids Mac and cheese was tasteless. My wife’s curry wasn’t very good. I ended up sharing my fish and chips with my other daughter who wouldn’t eat the Mac and cheese, one of her favourite meals. We had to ask for the ice cream that came with the kids meals. Again, waiting and waiting and waiting for it.Never going back here again. Very unhappy. Only good thing was we got some drinks because we were waiting so long. Small gesture. But even then we had to ask for everything.

Came here a few times now for breakfast. Continental is great selection of yoghurts mixed berries and fruit in the cooler. Croissant, pancake and muffins in the bakery including bread. juices laid out of apple, cranberry and orange. The fried breakfast itself is not the best but not the worst I've had. Definitely don't like the black pudding that's not been nice anytime Ive had it so I avoided it the last time. There is veggie options and the veggie sausage is lovely. There's a little corner with all sorts of teas and instant coffee but also a cappuccino /latte maker too.The staff are always welcoming, polite and friendly. Would recommend a visit if your looking here for reviews.

I have no quibble about the food or the service as both were ok. However, the place was empty, the online ordering facility was offline which meant ordering at the bar and the coffee was out a self service machine. None of these are a problem just the overall effect was no atmosphere and a feeling it could have been better.
