Burger King, Stirling Services, in Stirling

Came to Stirling services at 10.25pm. No one around, shouted to find a couple of young lads pop their head. I said are you still open. They said yes but it will be a 20 min wait as cleaning.I said your not closed until 11pm, why is it taking that long when it's just us 4? He said we have to clean so we can get home.Absolutely shocking.Ended up going to Costa instead. Absolutely shattered from a long journey. To be honest glad didn't get any food heard the reviews are awful!

Not busy chips were only just warm. The lettuce a bit limp but I don't use them very often for this reason. Staff all 1 of him was friendly and pleasant enough though

Just visit burger king at springkerse went back to counter 3 times. First with whopper which i asked for no lettuce it came with lettuce. Hubby ordered bacon burger which was cold. Then they gave us a new order and again the bacon was frozen. Not an enjoyable meal. Then coming out of there noticed a male member of staff with glasses on rubbing his nose then served food. How discusting thats why i only given one star rating

Have been there 2 times and will probably never go again. On both occasions they were understaffed, which literally meant about a 20-25 minute wait to get our order of "fast food". This had a knock on effect which meant not one single table we looked for to eat was clean. This branch could be more successful if the area manager made some additions to staff during peak business hours.

Well ordered Texan bbq meal and just got plain chicken royal and there were chicken nuggets in the chilli cheese sticks. Only one person taking orders and looked like one person cooking and a long queue. So they were flustered. Maybe more staff needed x

Restraunt and cooking area is a mess... Old and tired. Ordered a Big king meal with a Coke. The burger was hot but the fries where cold. I would of taken them back buts it's a long walk from the car. Ross served me. Charged me 5p for a paper bag!! Said it was company policy and the law. Never heard of it before for a paper bag. Got my order wrong at first but rectified it quickly.. Being an old BK employee from 25 years ago it seems some staff don't stick to the times when keeping food.

Kids behind the counter were too busy chatting to each other to listen and get the order right.No hot drinks available,no courtesy or discount offered in lieu..tiny portions,inconsistent with BK.young lad staff dropped chips and never replaced them,burger slung together.had to go back to get toy for kids meal..staff never put it in.served up 'sit in' tray when I requested 'take out'.by the time the order was handed over correctly it was cold!..the young staff had poor manners,too busy talking to each other....very bad service..AVOID! Not a quality experience at all.
