Dempsey's Diner in Stirling

Brilliant service and lady was on her own 22nd March 2022 I ordered a burger and coffee both lovely friendly cafe spotless well looked after the woman who was serving yesterday deserves high praise highly recommended

Staff here are fantastic. U r always greeted with a smile. Carol Ann is fantastic. A credit to Dempseys diner. Food is fantastic. Never disappointed. They offer such a variety of food.

The worst place to eat in Stirling!The food as abysmal as the customer service. The two workers in the shop were not only getting orders wrong they insisted on blaming customers for their faults. Literally trying to tell me i ordered a roll with tomatoe sauce on, even though all my life ive never liked or requested to eat red sauce. I tried correcting them saying no i only eat brown i wouldnt ask for red ever to then have them deny it was their problem.They shout at and insult customers for using their phones in the cafe calling us rude!? While berating and blaming customers for wrong orders. Then trying to drag other customers Into the argumemt asking if they heard me order. Shameful to try such divertive tactics. All over a £1.80 roll too. Pathetic.Refused me a refund too against trading standard practice. So i was made to wait for a new black pudding roll instead. Very disgusted at the staff attitude in there. The food was so undercooked I'm left with what must be food poisoning as its the only thing I have eaten today. and the coffee is no better than welly boot puddle water. Feeling very sick not just at the greasy nasty food but also the very poor customer service.I would strongly advise all to avoid this horrid place.

Wee day oot in Stirling today and nipped into this wee Diner. Wife had a plate o Scrambled egg and I had Burger, chips n a can. Food was great staff were excellent and very courteous would definitely nip in again and would gladly recommend to anybody.

Great place for breakfast or lunch to sit-in or takeaway. Cheapest know the area. Warm friendly service.

Okay place but not very nice food too pricey

Best wee cafe in Stirling by far the girls that work in it are brilliant very welcoming and have a laugh with you food is absolutely brilliant would highly recommend this cafe
