Dobbies Garden Center in Stirling

Massive collection of home and garden plants, helpful staff, nice big restaurant inside, plenty of parking spaces.

Its a lovely place Breakfast was good but one member off staff needs to go and have a look at her attitude towards her customers. We as a family will not be back because of her attitude the way she spoke to as upset my Daughter

Shame to see Edinburgh woollen Mill is gone! But we had a really nice time. Coffee and cake and a nice wander around.

Very slow service in the Restaurant.Waited so long in a very short queue that I got fed up and decided not to have any food.Instead I just got a can of coke for £2.10!!!!Very expensive and would not recommend.The people in the photo were all in their twenties when they started queuing.

Really disappointing. Visited for my daughter's trip to see Santa (which was a good experience- Santa was great!) However when we went to the restaurant for lunch, the service was very slow, the toasties were thrown together and bland. My mum used the toilets which she said had no toilet paper and were disgusting. When we went into the soft play the tables were uncleaned and we had to clear crumbs off ourselves and wipe the surfaces (which, in this covid climate, is very poor). For a place where we spent a fair bit of money, our experience was highly disappointing.

Visited the cafe here for some breakfast around 11am on a Saturday. It was very busy, no spacing in the queue. They do a wee Scottish breakfast for £4.50 and a traditional for £6.50. The food was well presented, some bits warm, others cold. Coffee is ok, comes from a wee machine, not barista style. The cafe itself is dirty, tables needing cleared and cleaned, upholstery disgusting.

I recently visited Dobbies in Stirling was looking for indoor and outdoor plants. Firstly met Carol who was not only a fountain of knowledge but such a lovely helpful person who clearly takes her job seriously. The we met Claire outdoors who not only gave us great advice but also helped get s very large plant into a very small car. Well Done Dobbies these two members of staff made it a joy to visit. Good choice of indoor and outdoor plants. Lovely choice of Christmas decorations, gifts etc. Lovely restaurant but I would say that the meals are not as good as they used to be. Had a coffee and a scone which were both delicious.

Debbies is one of my Favourite places to shop, I always enjoy shopping here however it could be slightly pricey and in the same time it’s easy to spot some really great deals.It’s really well stocked so you will most probably find what are you’re looking for and even more.From all sort of outdoors and indoors plants , herbs , gardening equipment , pet food , pet accessories , live fish and aquatic plants , ponds and ponds supplies etc, also it’s accommodated with a nice restaurant / Cafe for breakfast and coffee, also there is a small Sainsbury’s section there.Overs all it’s a beautiful garden Center worth exploring.Advantages:Easy access and plenty of parking space

20191102 - there are a host of things here to see including extensive plant and tree range, landscaping components, bird seed food and feeders, dog and cat food options and accessories, Christmas decorations, furniture options home and garden, toys books all ages an aquatic centre, food hall and delicatessen. Cotswold outdoor, Edinburgh Woollen Mill ss well as an adjacent Lakeland store. No restrictions elsewhere so outside seating area is open to all.BREAKFAST REVIEW. 2019-11-02.. I come to Dobbies Greenapple Restaurant regularly for breakfast, served from 0900 till 1130. You can choose a 5,7 or 10 piece breakfast and can choose your items. This means you get what you pay for and no waste. If you just want 5 sausages, you can! You can choose from scrambled eggs, freshly fried eggs, bacon, link sausage, square sausages, potato scones, haggis, black pudding, hash browns, baked beans, mushrooms, plum tomatoes, grilled tomatoes, 7piece breakfast comes with a slice of white or brown toast.BUT THAT IS JUST BREAKFAST!You really need to see the options yourself. It's not cheap. Prices are fair.For each paid for adult meal, you can have one free childs meal.
