Domino's Pizza in Stirling

Entered the store, 6 staff members on view making pizzas, no acknowledgement whatsoever for 5 minutes until another staff member appeared and asked if I had placed an order. Poor customer service

It's a domino's so pizza is average at best but getting 1 star for poor customer service, had an order cancelled as they were understaffed. Which fine, with everything happening just now I can understand. Was told I'd get a refund in 4 days, this was over 2 weeks ago and several emails later and still nothing. The corporate customer service team is absolutely useless, I've had to explain the situation in full 4 times and still no result, have better results banging my head against a wall. Half expecting a response to this saying to contact our customer service team. I would say to avoid but let's face it the only reason you are visiting this page is your half cut and just wanting a scran and domino's is the only place open. But if they do cancel your order make sure they send you an email confirming the cancellation or you'll have absolutely no chance of getting.ypu mo ey back. If I could rate this store lower I would.

Ordered a delivery to my campsite, the driver couldn't get through to my phone but waited patiently. Absolute Gent. Good pizza too

Called the pace as app was down. Ordered tandoori chicken without mushroom as we are elegiac so popped for extra jalapeños. Could not eat the pizza, couldn’t pick them off either. So disappointed as this has never happened before. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer. Absolutely fuming. Waste of movMoney unless I get a refund or same meal ordered correctly I will make this will boy cos it!!!!!!!

Amazing guys. Thank you so much.Ordered quite a larger order online, smooth transaction, ease of choice. It arrived within minutes!!! Had to check if it wasn't frozen it was so fast. All fresh and the order was spot on. Big shout out to Ruth who was amazing, delivered our food promptly, found our business with no issues (despite my bad directions note) and brought it inside onto the table.Spot on from everyone at Dominos. This was the first time i had dominos after coming glasgow. I was roaming alone so i just went down to there store and ordered normal smaller pizza. I loved it totally.

been ordering here for years now. and while personally when you go on their FB page for stirling many seem to have a bad experience or multiple. and while ive personally not had one issue besides one time in which it took well over an hour for delivery i justify that because i ordered at 3 in 1 in the morning. pizza is always pipping hot tho when it arrives. but as many have stated.. pizzas are quite expensive to be having multiple times through out the week.

Domino's is Domino's is Domino's, you know what you are getting and that's why you go. Individually items are expensive but there are always offers online to be found often up to half price which makes it feel much better value.Personally I like the Frank's hot wings (when I'm too lazy to make my own) and the chicken strip combo more that the pizzas.

Very tasty pizzas from this Dominoes chain.A little expensive, hence lost a star. Not the easiest place to park to go pick up as it's a fairly busy area, but they deliver around Stirling.Unfortunately neither Stirling or Falkirk branches deliver to Denny. But still yummy pizzas.

Ordered a 2 for 1 meal deal with a friend with some cookies and chicken kickers.Delivery time was 2 hours 30 minutes after having 2 phone calls from the dominoes store in question.One saying that they had run out of cookies and the other being the actual manager asking me whether it had been delivered yet and if it had been delivered by a girl or a boy and then subsequently telling me that it was essentially still being prepared so the whole thing was just an unexplained nonsense whilst also still having the nerve to be rude to me on the pone including hanging up on me without a valid explanation of the situation leaving me in total confusion and also without an estimated time of arrival; this particular phone call was at approximately one hour after ordering it.After then consequently waiting another one and a half hours for my food to arrive i then find out that they had mistaken my order of chicken kickers to chicken strippers which kind of just added insult to injury really in what had been an overall disastrous event from the off set.After stating my complaint to the delivery boy i was told to complain online to try get a maximum of 50% off my next order. After having to pay £20.18 for what was total crap i think its safe to assume that i'm not even going to need that 50% as i am never ordering from dominoes again.
