Dr. Noodles Noodle Bar in Stirling

Came and ordered 2 veg boxes from Dr Noodle and then drove home, only to discover that they had given us two noodle boxes, which my wife can't eat.We both attempted to call then multiple times as it was nearly closing, only to have someone pick up the line and immediately hang it up.Terrible service would not recommend

These guys don't even pick up the phone, I phoned 3 times last week no one picks up, phoned again today, not picking up the phone, am taking my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

Went in with my friend, she ordered, I was then ignored for 8+ mins as I stood at the till waiting to order next.Staff all working with heads down and look miserable.I then asked if the staff could see me, as I was waiting to order.They all looked rather sheepish and the girl came over and said that my friend ordered and she thought that was it.I said that no, I was waiting by the till waiting to order.Then said not to bother as I no longer wanted food from them.Attitude of the girl was pretty dismissive.Shame as the food is usually quite good, the customer service tonight is severely lacking.

I found the food quiet boring and bland. I asked for prawn rice and got 4 prawns, the rice was bland. Choice of vegetables were onions and peppers. For what I paid I didn't see worth it. Not a place I would recommend.

Dr noodles is good but expensive for what it is. The store offers online orders for click and collect as well as sit in, take away and delivery (via just eat ect). The staff are always very busy but seem friendly, there is an issue in that part of town with unsavoury people hanging about outside so be aware.

It is not pasda, it's Chinese noodles, I liked their satay sauce and tofu, very tasty

The staff were friendly and the shop looked clean and had a modern touch to its design. However the food didn't feel or taste fresh enough though. The lady just arranged everything with already cooked noodles and beef. Would have preferred if they were stir fried and cooked on the spot. Considering I paid 6.50 for the box, it didn't feel value for money.
