KFC in Stirling

Went in for a treat on sunday. Food was tasty but they didnt give us sauce we ask for or the kids cookies. Not the first time food has been missing from an order. Check order before you leave is my advice

Food is fine, but what a dump outside, litter everywhere and the access road has more craters than the moon!

Disgusting service, went drive thru me and my pal want to pay separately guy on mic insisted we can’t and we have to go around. Not happened to me anywhere.

Very friendly staff , the food takes a little while to cook but it's fresh and tasty

Succulent Chicken .....mmmmmm! Dropped in for lunch ,Did the track and trace ordered 2x 2 piece chicken and fries plus drinks Great service Great flavour

Wouldn’t even give them one star. Very poor customer service. Spent £26 between two of us and the chicken burger was undercooked. Bright pink. The smell that came from the food was horrible. Went up with the burger and I said I wanted all my money back as I’m hardly going to continue eating anything else after finding my burger was raw. They declined a full refund and only refunded the burger. The staff were nothing but rude and inconsiderate. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Had to wait 30 minutes in the carpark for a run of the mill zinger burger. Not what you would expect from a drive through fast food Place.

Ordered through the drive through. Told the chicken would be 4/5 minutes. We waited nearly 15 minutes and the food was lukewarm. Definitely won't be back there in a hurry

Give it 4 stars average because had to wait for for 10mins seem to be very busy with Uber eats etc missed a drink on my order I had to ask for it. The guy on the drive thought was polite and apologized which was good to hear. Also found out after I paid for my order you get discount if you a blue light card holder.

So how do you take something so straight forward and screw it up? Easy when you don't have enough fries to fill an order at the drive through. Gett all the cars to circle back to the car park and then have the customers wait while you bring out the order in drips and drabs.
