Can't thank Nicola enough for swooping in like an angel on my rough day. I had just spilled a whole comforting chai latte I'd been craving. She would not let me touch any of the mess. Sweetly insisted I sat and enjoyed a lovely fresh cup full of the much needed pick me up. M&S she does you proud!! Definitely deserves a pay rise!! 😉 Especially since it is sooo busy in here and she us managing it with such kindness.

And thats why M&S are Second to none on today s visit, I struggled to find somewhere to cater for Gluten Free after walking the lemghth of the shopping centre. Delighted to also fond Glutem Free fruit scone on offer whilst waiting in the que aswell as Tomato and Basil soup opt served with ab Individually wrapped Bread roll. I had a baked potato with Tuna Sweetcorn served woth a lovely salad and drizzle of dressing to complement the potato. Thoroughly enjoyed the Freshness of the fluffy potato and the greatness of the Tuna. The Staff serving at the till point were Jolly and helpful having patience to understand whilst talking wearing mask. Teach and trace details also taken before leaving the till point. They are Definatley.ontop of the Cleanliness one lady dedicated to thoroughly cleaning the table and seating after every visit aswell as clearing all dishes away. The Staff here are a Credit to M&S Thamkyou for a most enjoying and filling visit see you real soon X

Very disappointed M&S not busy on our visit at about 40% capacity, poor slow service, staff wandering about using mobile phones. Tables full of dirty used cups and plates, table dirty. However, coffee was great.

Food was OK but service was slow since the place was fairly busy but there was insufficient staff . There was a bit of confusion as to whether vouchers could be used for food.

This cafe has went downhill. Queues everytime , place always looks filthy. You know there is cutbacks when you dont even get a piece of salad with your toastie.

Nice relaxing cafe with plenty seats. Good cake and food selection. The afternoon teas are good also!

Only one star, having stopped hot drinks cards on the promise this would be done through Sparks, it never is, so no free hot drinks for loyalty. They also stopped putting a small biscuit on the saucer, now you have to ask.

They took away th stamp card for th free coffee then if u wanted a wee biscuit with ur coffee u had t ask for it now u don't get 1 at all but u can buy a packet of them. I've got a "taylored" sparks card instead that has never given me anything I would use ☹☹☹ come on m&s no wonder ur going down th tubes u need t look after ur customers not just ur shareholders 👎👎👎
