McDonald's in Stirling

So bad, they always get my order wrong. I think it's absolute disgusting how some of the staff treat people in there.

The food was hot at least.Staff in this branch were real nice and friendly. As I went to empty my tray on my way out. A member of staff came over and said that he would take care of that for me. First time it ever happened. He even warned people that the floor could be slippery. He'd just cleaned it. Never ever heard one say that in any franchise.

I placed my order via the app. Arrived at the restaurant and it was clearly very busy with orders & drive throughs. After approximately 20 minutes, I got my order, drove back to work to find that my order was wrong. Called the store and spoke to the manager who said the only option was for me to return to the store to collect my missing items. I didn’t have time to return as I get 40 mins for lunch. Not happy with the option provided to me and McDonalds have my £5.99 and I have nothing to show for it. Really disappointed. Will not use this store in future.

Been thro the drive thro chips only just warm had to return for a refund ill no be back to drip road foods gone downhill since the one at Morrison's has opened hungry and no happy

Went to MacDonald drive through yesterday for a big Mac meal. Opened the big mac box too get what I could only describe as a lettuce burger there was more lettuce then anything. Burger wasnt what u would class as hot either. Chips where no to bad was plenty of them for a change normally get half portions.

Defo food doesn't look like on the advertised picture... And box was dirty...

Poor poor service, pulled up at drive through, lady over the mic took some of my order, then went silent for a few mins, I said "hello" she came back laughing (obviously having a laugh and a joke with her work colleagues/friend) gave her the rest of my order, 2 happy meals, chicken nuggets and a chicken select meal. Got to the pay screen and was advised to park up and wait on meals, done so for what was around 7 minutes with a screaming baby in my car. Was driving home and my friendchecks the bag and there is a WHOLE meal missing. Not quite sure how this is possible to be honest as we were parked up waiting for 7 minutes, needless to say I am extremely un happy and had no food to eat.

Quick and easy drive thru with 2 lanes. Friendly staff and happy campers for our food and drinks.

he worker at Stirling McDonald’s, named Carly, took more than what some would call “fast food”. My mother could have cooked a meal in her slow cooker faster than Carly delivered our meal. My night has been ruined by Carly. Disappointed. To finish chips are stale, chicken nuggets are crumbly and coke is warm. Carly should be fired, or you’ll loose a daily customer.

It's a medical MacDonald's. We called in on our way back from the Outer Hebrides. Placed our order on the convenient ordering screens. It was ready within 5 mins and very tasty. It was a Saturday so we choose a take away as the place was overrun with children! Overall a pleasant experience.
