Pizza Hut in Stirling

Ordered a pizza and was told 10mins however it is 30mins and I am still waiting and your staff couldn't care less. Disgusting customer service and will not order again

My family and I booked a trip to Stirling as a treat for our daughter after ringing the bell and completing her chemo. The weather was off so we decided to just order in.Sadly the order was not up to standard. The pizzas were not cooked enough, they were soft and soggy and the toppings ripped off from being stuck on the box. The staff seemed lovely though when we called up. They sent out more pizza.. Unfortunately we have all ended up ill with food poisoning after eating some of this pizza - including my vulnerable daughter with compromised immune system.I'm hoping it's just a fluke and that the staff did not mess with the food deliberately to cause harm.

Took hour and a half to arrive and was stone cold and burnt. Phoned the shop to be told they were busier than expected and had no control over that. Very disappointing as was a weekly customer. Won't be hurrying back 😔

Pizza was good but made a mistake with the order but all fairness Pizza hut did fix it.

Pizza was delicious but very heavily laden with goodies.less is more. Taking it to work tomorrow for our volunteers. No tuna no carmlised red onions. Won't have another one till Christmas

Good pizza great price if picking up compared to others

Ordered & collected , was first class & pipping hot! Expensive but defo worth it for a treat

Very disappointed with the food from here. After a long day at work I stopped by and picked u some pizzas. I was waiting for a long time as was everyone else in the crowded waiting area. Finally got home and tucked in to two dry over Cooked pizzas. The cheese bites were like cardboard and it loomed to me that the staff didn't really know what they were doing. I won't be back

Absolutely ridiculous service here. Placed an order in the shop at 8:20 and was told it would take around 15 mins. We were then told at 9:10 the order would be at least another 15/20 mins. We were given a refund which in all honesty was a joke as kids still didn't get their meal.

We really love the Vegetable Supreme Pizza. My wife eats very little meat so this fits the bill perfectly, and for being vegetarian is it's very tasty.
