PizzaExpress in Stirling

Food was good but service was very slow. It took 45 mins to get dessert for only 2 of us and the bill. Waitress kept on forgetting things. Previous experiences here have been much better but seems to a bit of a hit or miss with waitresses

It was a Pizza Express. Staff friendly, it was very clean and pizza was good. It's what I'd expect from this brand.

Fantastic service yesterday (my waitress the girl with the blue hair sorry I don’t know her name she was lovely) managed to get me my fave pizza that was a Christmas special!! Was so good. Hoping that the truffle mushroom one comes back as regular pizza.Prawns were lovely too! :)

Nice clean restaurant just of the shopping centre ideal for a quick bite. Staff were lovely very chatty and efficient. Pizza was the same as always from there...delicious.

Food was very nice. Service was friendly but far from express. We had to wait a LONG time for our meal. Restaurant was quiet; they seemed to give priority to take away orders and the staff member who ate his pizza in front of us whilst we were waiting for our pizzas. Seats were also a bit sticky and could have been cleaner.

A chain but quite a good chain..range of not too dear pizza and pasta, nice range of wines by the glass, pleasant helpful staff... focus on health and Covid safety obvious

I hate writing bad reviews about food service experiences because I can sympathise with how rough the job can be, but the service we received here was some of the the worst I’ve ever had at a restaurant.Of the 6 mains that we ordered, 5 were incorrect. We sent 2 back and when new pizzas were sent out they were still wrong. One of our pasta dishes was undercooked.To top it off, the waitress gave what seemed like a very standard rehearsed customer-service apology that undoubtedly resulted in absolutely no corrective action to fix whatever caused the mix up (the waitress read our exact order to us before after we ordered so we know it wasn’t our fault).

Things are not ideal for everyone with the Covid happening. So given the circumstances you can make allowances for things going wrong etc. Not the case here. No allowances required. The food was brilliant. My vegetarian son loved the smell of the chicken wings I had and thought his pizza was super. The service was fantastic. The young woman who served us was polite, always to hand and knew exactly what she was doing. Well organised there. My experience 👍

A good place to dine out with the family , a friendly staff and taste range of Italian food, we asked for an extra egg and got it with out charge with a smile . Prices reasonable.
