We both had the Rogan Josh and it's one the best curries we have ever had. Beautiful flavours. Mushroom fried rice was lovely too. Polite, friendly and attentive service from waiting staff. Good value and drinks are reasonably priced. We 100% would recommend a visit if in Stirling.

i ordered chicken pakora and onion badgi’s, basically a waste of money. It was horrible, I couldn’t eat the onion badgis the chicken was eaten but so dry and tasted like last nights left overs that had been reheat. The chicken came in a box that was already burst as well. I then went to another Indian restaurant and purchased what I had originally asked for and throughly enjoyed it from elsewhere.

The restaurant is well located and very clean and well decorated inside. The set lunch is great value as the food is delicious, freshly prepared and well presented! The service staff like courteous Armjit, Gopi & the lovely lady is always friendly and welcoming. We would recommend Rana’s for Indian food while in Stirling town and definitely be back again.

Shocking. If I could rate lower, I would. Ordered the set meal for two. Incorrect rice came, the meals were tasteless, dopiaza tasted like a tin of tomatoes, coriander and raw onion had been mixed together. The onion bhaji were inedible and naan was burnt. The only good thing was the poppadoms and mango chutney. Won't be ordering again.

Visited this restaurant many times through the years and never had a bad experience until today. Went for lunch and won't be back again. Chicken chaat and vegetable pakora smelled of fish. I assume that this is due to them being thrown in a fryer with the same oil fish has been cooked in. Main course of chicken tikka and dopiaza both did not taste of anything like they are meant to. Dopiaza tasted liked tinned tomato's with no other flavour and the chicken was dry. The chicken in the tikka looked as though it had come from a packet in the supermarket and thrown in a frying pan. Was pink rather than red like normally. Nan bread was as thin as paper. Did not stay for desert.

Small Indian restaurant in a small town, but really big on flavour. The Rana's Tandoori special is highly recommended. Enjoy!!

Delicious food and lots of dishes to choose from on the menu. Prices for some items are a bit expensive. The food took quite a while to arrive but is understandable considering the limited staff working in the restaurant at the time. Toilets were clean but menus on the table were not very clean. Food portions were quite large so I would recommend only having a small starter.

I read reviews of a couple of people stating that this places serves good Indian food so I wanted to try it out.I ordered1. Tandoori King Prawns - 2/5. The was just eatable.2. Chicken Tikka - 0/5. The chicken was stale, there was nothing tikka about the chicken tikka. It was just horrible.3. Seekh kabab - 1/5. Please don't do this to kabab.4. Chicken biryani - 0/5. First of all it was not biryani but some weird pulao. There is a hell of a difference between the two. Chicken was bad. Very disappointing.5. Lamb biryani - 0/5. Again not a biryani rather more on pulao side. The meat was horrible. Couldn't swallow it.My two cents: the place is not worth eating. If you want to eat indian food, please try some other place. Some place which does justice to the Indian cuisine. This place is horrendous.

We ended up here after a quick search for recommendations in Google Maps, seeing that it had good reviews and it couldn't have been more disappointing.Overall the food was tasteless and in the lamb and chicken korma dishes we ordered there were just a few pieces of meat in a pot of pure cream with a bit of coloring and almost no taste to any spice.
