Nice and clean but only a cute cafe with not a lot to offer on their menu(that’s why I say, cafe and not a restaurant)Unfortunately there is no warmth. Neither from the staff nor the temperature…some snow still on the mountains but the front door is wide open and fire places not on. Pity.A very dry hamburger but good chips.Coffee and tea But by the looks of it, it is the best in the area. We didn’t try their cakes and from the reviews it looks like that their cakes are their strength.

Little Cafe in Killin with different homemade cakes and sandwiches.Very nice.Tables are sticky because they use the cleaning spray over and over again. It's not hygienic and everywhere there should clean it thoroughly and bot with that terrible spray and a cloth you can't define.

What a lovely place. Food was really nice, coffees were good, toilets were spotless, staff were really pleasant. We sat outside with the dog and there was a bowl of water for dogs at every outside table. Got takeaway cake too and that was fab as well

Shutters is the perfect stop for lunch or just coffee and cake or all 3, the food is lovely and plentiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable visit, recommended

Looked like a good place however it is not dog friendly, only outside. Didn’t manage to eat here as we had our dog with us and it was cold. Would be great if more places in rural locations were dog friendly.

A bit underwhelming, visited for a bit of breakfast on. Sunday morning. While I went for the roll with 2 items (black pudding & egg), my wife who normally justs has a small amount to eat at breakfast asked if she could just have a portion of toast. My roll with the black pudding and egg was a bit bland and the pudding could have been a bit bigger, however the stars off point was the portion of toast, just 2 slices of toast was presented, nothing else had to ask for butter and no jam offered, all this at the same price as my 2 item roll at ÂŁ3.50. Coffee and teas was okay.

My family and I are in here right now, 11 of us over 2 tables. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is super speedy quick. Staff are just marvellous and so welcoming.Nae bother turning up without a booking.Coffee shop is super clean as well and I'm holding myself back from ordering more cake.

THE cafe and coffee house in Killin. Friendly staff in a roadside location at the heart of the Killin community. The best cakes not only in Killin but in any of the villages and towns we visited on our travels nearby, simply MOURISH. We visited many times in our 10 days in Killin. The other main menu food is OK, though not exceptional when compared with the quality of the cakes. All-in-all well recommended.

Nice café / restaurant. Visited for a coffee and cake. Sat outside under wooden outdoor structure which provided a good shelter. Plenty of seating indoors if preferred. Toilets clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and attentive. Coffee was very nice and great selection of homemade cakes/tray bakes. Highly recommended the empire biscuits. Tables slightly sticky, I think due to the wood varnish and sanitiser spray (?).COVID: at the time of visit, masks were required when indoors and sanitiser on entry.

This is a fantastic, family-friendly restaurant in Pitlochry. The food is delicious and the service is great too. Coffee and cake so good we went back the next day for breakfast. Has a stylish, traditional feel and reasonably priced. Girls are super friendly
