Had high expectations for this restaurant but unfortunately I left disappointed. Waited 1 hour for our main course to arrive and the steak pie was cold, had to send it back to the kitchen. Manager was apologetic for the delay in service and the unacceptable way the food had been presented but handled the issue professionally. I felt at the prices they are charging you expect it to be perfect and have no issues. Also menu was very limited and not a good selection of main courses. I would try this restaurant again solely on the actions of the manager to resolve our issue.

Nice atmosphere , great service and the food was decent and very well priced, I’ll be back if I’m ever in the area.

Brilliant atmosphere in a quaint Scottish country pub!Food was amazing, piping hot and delicious.Service was attentive but not "pushy" Will certainly be back and include a stay over next time.Top marks from us at theDrymen Inn

Came here for food tonight. The food was really good and seemed like a nice pub. The same can’t be said for one female member of staff behind the bar. I’ve never been served by someone so rude and abrupt in my life. A smile wouldn’t have hurt. Really let the place down and we won’t be back. Other staff were polite. We ordered drinks and she could be visibly heard she’s fed up of making them. Don’t work in a pub then.

A great place for a drink, fantastic food, and wonderful people. We stopped in on our West Highland Way walk and had a GREAT pizza (would recommend!). Then came back later for an evening of live acoustic music, drinks and snacks. We absolutely loved it and would go back to Drymen specifically to visit the Drymen Inn.

We enjoyed our stay here while hiking the West Highland Way! Stuart and Jen were amazing host and the most hospitable and helpful people we’ve met on the trip! I’d come back here just to stay and enjoy the hospitality and excellent food!

Nice place but they let down by getting charged tourist tax on my drinks and meals is a joke. Considering i live 35 miles away. £4.25 for a pint is absolutely day light robbery. I didn't even know it was a legal practice. Shame the owner thinks this is acceptable. Greedy wan*er.

Great bar in a local village. We stayed in the hotel further down the road and went to the bar one evening for food. Bar was busy and they were understaffed but they managed very well. The food was good and portions were great. Prices were reasonable but maybe a little overpriced. Staff were attentive and friendly and the outdoor area was nice.

Dropped in for a meal and a drink as part of our west highland way trip. This is a good place to drop in as it is only a 10 minute walk from the path. The staff were very welcoming, even for our large group of 11. The place had good character, there are both inside seats and outdoor seats, the staff had good patter and were light hearted. The food was also delicious and was brought to our tables not long after ordering. The place was generally clean and is right next to other shops.

Excellent lunch, haggis & peppcorn sauce with oven- baked potato was delicious. Dessert menu a bit limited. Staff very attentive and friendly. Comfortable seating, good decor. Ladies toilets are spotless. Would definitely make a return visit.
